I wonder what's the name of the device they use to dye the designs? It looks like a stamp tool.
YES , it is almost like that only called blocks (wooden) . Designs are carved by hand. And this type of printing called hand block printing..( there are many different types of hand block printing ).
They are wooden blocks called chaapas. Rightly said stamping tools.
