It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
This was SO relaxing!!!! 25 weeks pregnant and just got myself an exercise ball to help with my posture and stretches to do leading up from now until birth. Really loved this, thank you!❤
I started early with exercising at 14 weeks due to pelvic /hip pain already-being my third pregnancy. I love these exercises minus the leg ones 😂 but I’m getting better. Thank you !

Can we get a birth ball workout that is good for pubic symphysis dysfunction? Pre-pregnancy the leg lifts would have been awesome for me, but my pelvis was NOT having it today! Currently 36 weeks and the ball workouts are my FAVORITE. Thanks!!
The exercise is just perfect for me in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters But excuse me, are you confusing between inhale and exhale?? I feel there's something wrong about that.
