I just bought a different style Z rider for cheap...basically needed a drive belt. But the blades are worn, I figured I zip them off, grind them and put them back on before I sell the mower. On my Hustler, a battery powered impact gun zips the blade bolts off, no need to hold any pulley/blade or other nuts. Even after I saw your vid, one of the bolts is under a cross member, making it needed to take the deck off to get to. And one of the nuts on the pulley side has rounded off. Not a great design IMO. Blades on my hustler last about 30 hours (a season for a home owner) and this is a terrible amount of work to do every season.
