I’ve always loved this song. Even as a child of 8-10 years of age, it raised goosebumps on my arms and the back of my neck. Now, I’m almost 60, and it has the same effect, as well as causing my eyes to moisten. I don’t believe that I can cry anymore as a side effect of antidepressants, so the fact that this song leads to tears is a strong statement about its power.
