I see so many comments about how FAR is harder now.. They say that's evidenced by pass rates going down. I also see people saying that the MCQs are easy but that the task based sims are "brutal" and all have tons of exhibits. They say it's hard to figure out what the question is asking. I've also seen people saying that some of the content on their exam wasn't covered at all in Becker. Wondering if you have any thoughts, thank you for these!
Yes if you have your NTS and are ready to schedule! Also if exams centers haven't filled up yet. That's a little late to sign up and you may have trouble depending on your area.

Do you have to take all of the non core tests?
@@puppyhair9997 No, you only pick 1 of the Non-Core Discipline exams. So 3 core exams plus 1 discipline exam equals 4 exams total!
