I made pasta bolognese last night. I used the Mutti tomato purée. I gotta say it was one of the best sauces I have ever made. Very nice flavor in these tomatoes. Thanks for the recommendation

Made this tonight but didn't have any beef or the correct noodles but i did have sweet sausage, spicy sausage and rigatoni and i cooked everything exactly the same as the directions and let me tell you, this is the best pasta I've ever eaten and the wife and kids loved it, I cannot wait to try it with beef too mmmmmmm I have leftovers for days too!

Andre'a Bruno pretty good. I had a bunch of dough left over and rolled itreal thin, made sheet lasagna yesterday i ot some ricotta and made lasagna.
I love that sauce, Ibuy that Mutti sauce he uses and after I wash out the bottles, save the caps and used them to make to-go hot or iced coffee or tea. They fit perfectly in the car cupholder even if you put one of those insulating sleeves on it. Safer than any plastic bottle, dishwasher safe, recyclable.
Looks great. I can attest to the Mutti Passata (tomato purée ) from Parma, Italy … excellent product. I order it on Amazon. I love and truly appreciate your videos.

I tried this tonight, lovely southern Italian style Bolognese. Simple, no mirepoix, no pork, no milk, he only seasons at the end so the beef caramlizes and sings and all the ingredients play their tune in harmony. Now I just have to find my currly baby...
