Ok just finished this one..and so far i completed 4 routines without dropping my arms..Yyeeaaahhh🤸🤸 My arms gettin stronger. So im ready 2 keep the process going til i can complete them all without dropping! But these r so much fun 2 do. On this one i was able 2 incorp some walking as well. Thank u Annie!! 💖💖💃💪

Jump right in. If you have to drop those weights throughout, that’s okay. You’ll just work your way up to completing the video without letting go! Stick with it 💪🏼
