Why do you recommend Pan Galactic and energy rope when you can do vonwacq and atk% rope with BTTMS? Skill+basic+basic gets you your ult back still and you get to have atk% rope for more damage
@@LordKarnox i cannot assume someone has BTTMS in the long run if you do have it, you can pretend ur running an E1 build because that's basically what it gives also i still prefer Pan Galactic with BTTMS because it allows a crit oriented build with 10% EHR and extra ATK giving minimum 68% EHR just depends on what you prefer
I'm glad E0 Silver Wolf doesn't need much more than 90~ Effect Hit Rate, mine's at about 92% without a main stat EHR at level 70(I have not been doing much relic farming lol), so I know when I'm able, I can go for a Crit Main stat with EHR substats

Great vid. After a long debate as a F2P player on whether I should get SW or Luocha, I think I've finally decided to go with SW. Main reason being I see SW getting better and better as more characters get released into the game. In the future, there for sure will be characters that are meant to be built for mono teams as we can already see with Asta's trace boosting all fire dmg. While for me personally, I only wanted Luocha as a second healer for MoC and that reason alone isn't exactly the best since naturally more easily attainable healers will be released. Ik he provides way more than just heals but I just want survivability rn.
I'm getting luocha so I can have an atk based team only. Fmc being the odd one out. Luocha, tingyun, and any hunt/destruction/erudition/nihilist. Endless team application
Once we get a quantum abundance, that would open up so many team comps. Accounting for the healer's element is so restricting, and it's easier to swap out other supports from harmony and nihility.

Nice of you to include debuff Resitance. So in case we will in the future meet enemies with 50% debuff resistance to make sure we know exactly how high the Chance is to inflict debuffs take the Base Chance X 0,6(Effect Resitance) X 0,5 (Debuff Resitance) or just Base Chance X 0,3. This way we know exactly how high our Chances are to land Debuffs on high Level Enemies with specific Debuff resitance and we can build our Characters to make sure no matter which Enemy we face we will have a high Chance of inflicting Debuffs.

I want to point out this: for everyone else joining the game past the current silver wolf event, her sig light cone is going to be the best for her since event LC is said to be no longer available past event (check in-game notice). Unfortunately, that put high pressure for later players to get e1/e2 silver wolf or suffer higher RNG due to low effect hit rate, or give up other creature comforts to maintain high effect hit rate. In this regard, silver wolf isn’t quite f2p friendly if high EHR is the goal.

I break is alot more viable than you give it credit. her+mono whatever the enemy is weak to or visa versa lets her break quantum on everything. This lets her use the amazing quantum break. Not needed ERR rope she can run break rope if running vonwaq, or with E1 can run banditry and break rope. This along side meator lets her have huge breaks that do 60k-80 or even 90k (MoC 9 and 10) breaks in MoC that also have huge boss delays thanks to the quantum break effect. This allows you to run healer or tank free as she can guard the team by having massive delays. Pela, March, Fire MC, and Silver did amazing on floor 4 this week with silver the sole damage dealer and got the two bosses down in 4 turns. Her break also ripped 40 to 50% of cocolias health in echo of war. Her ability to get her ult super fast means she can send her ult, and save the next one to target her weakness break on the boss at will. This also at E2 can let her build health or crit on her chest piece later depending on if you want to continue running her with out a healer. Edit: 100% break effect quantum break makes it so the boss goes from going next to going after your whole team potentially +1.

Thing to note about the resolution ensnare light cone is it is another debuff provider, i.e. 7 more energy from e1, 20%atk form e4,20%dmg e6 plus 14% def shred for a main dps such as seele to make use of. The quantum set loses value the more def shred you apply, the break set with decent energy regen works well with her technique that applies toughness reduction regardless of element in memory of chaos for faster ult uptime.
I've just finished building my SW for now, the only other upgrade I'm working on going for is a 5 star effect hit rate quantum set body piece since I'm only using a 4 star now. Fortunately the museum event has a self-modelling resin, perfect for getting the last piece I need for her. After completing her event too I realised that by the end of her banner I could get rather close to pity again, and then thought of trying to get Luocha if I'm fortunate enough to win the 50/50. Now my goal is exactly that in order to make one of the harshest and gacha heavy teams in the game, being duo quantum/imaginary with Seele, Silver Wolf, Welt and Luocha. So many debuffs, so much damage and nice healing too.
As for relics what about the Energy Recharge one? Personally i think it could be a great choice to make sure she can reliably spam her Ultimate. The atk% from EHR set is nice however a lot of us will be overcapping unless we strictly go for DPS stats.
Xlice did a excellent comprehensive explanation though it can be confusing for some people. At Eidolon 0 Silverwolf, you can run energy recharge for her ultimate uptime. If you Silverwolf is eidolon 1, the eidolon provides energy regeneration for every debuff so basically you can go for more dps oriented relics as such crit rate/dmg body or atk rope.
Since I don't have Pela (for whatever reason she's the only 4 star unit I don't have), it would be really nice if I win my first 50/50 and get her. I wouldn't really mind the weakness implant thingy, I just want her defense down debuff for the time being.
Still working on my full Imaginary team with her. I managed to do a single pull on my high-end Seele account and got her so now I can toy with dual team comps and work towards Fu Xian. I tried her in a team of Welt, Sampo and SW, and it actually was pretty insane. Since Sampo just needs a few turns with his basic attack to ramp up DOT, Welt and SW get all the skill points. For sustain I use Gepard or Natasha and just am careful on what enemy or boss I use the weakness break on.
i’ll be happy to get her when they start rerunning characters, but for now i’m doing really well with saving since getting e2 jing yuan… hopefully luocha isn’t painful and i can get either blade or kafka
I saved 95 pulls and 40 pity for her and ended up winning 50/50 at 82 pity. I had 53 pulls left so I did 1 more 10 pull bcs I had e5 asta and wanted to e6 and ended up winning another 50/50 at 5 pity and now I have F2P E1 SW. She’s my fav character so I’m very happy! Good luck everyone
If you are going for meta, I highly recommend to get SW and maybe skip for luocha (Since luocha is a healer and we're getting a lot of helaers in the future). But if you are also planning to get blade then ig it's fine to get luocha

SW with full break build is insane. With lots of Break stats on her, it will make her break effect dmg stronger and Entanglement makes enemy delay even longer, giving more breathing room for your team. Stalling enemies is survivability + more attacks on them. Her def shred also helps increase her break dmg. It's amazing. I'd argue it's her best build as long as she can consistently break the enemies.
I just come to realize, for my fellow SW haver, we would need to pull for most of the other tank/healer element character if you want to brute force with SW-Seele so that you can match those tank/healer to the weakness of the enemy and guarantee quantum weakness from SW
If you run sprightly planar set you dont need er rope even at e0, putting her next to a tank works for constant three turn rotation to gain the most benefit out of her ult
I currently run double Quantum and double Physical team but I don't have Sushang and Selee so instead of Sushang, I run Physical MC and since I don't have Seele, I run Qungque. So my main current team is composed of SW, Qingque, Physical MC and Natasha. Very f2p and budget friendly but bro it is simply the best. Yum! Hehehe. I use this team in all kinds of scenarios. May it SU, MOC, EOW, map farming.
Honestly, i dont think she NEEDS to build effect hit rate other than the one she gets from her lightcone and traces, 66-76% is already high enough and i'd rather have her deal more damage since she has pretty good dmg ratio on her ultimate, on top it's damage being applied after the defense shred. Overall i feel like her dmg because of the defense shred already has a pretty good potential and that its not worth sacrificing that to guarantee or nearly guarantee desired weakness
@@kleinfut its not the same, its like playing kazuha and not be sure to apply his buff all the time. For overall damage its better to have the 96 hsr (against big boss) and then focus on the damage

Question here. Say I have managed to get E2 SW and S1 5star light cone but wanted to save the f2p one for my welt. Would the S1 light cone be sufficient for a hybrid damage dealer provided I got my sub stats right and tan Pan 2piece set? Or would I need to pick main chest EHR?
I would really love to run E1 Sushang with my Silver Wolf... but it took me 67 pulls on the Jing Yuan banner to win the 50-50/3 once for Sushang. One day, I'll have E1 Sushang. One day.
It’s up to the enemies you face to. If it’s a single boss like Cocolia / Gep / Bronya / Kaf running Tingyun and max damage Seele is better , but if you face the duo guys bosses (ex. Voidranger) running Jing yuan for more AOE damage to speed up your time is better.

You can make 100% any element as long the enemy has the type your team already has, so if enemy is wind/ice/fire, and you bring SW/FMC/Asta/Seele you 100% will get quantum.
Folks! I think you guys misunderstand the Eidolon 2: the wording implies, that Effect RES is reduced by 20%, i.e. 20% of 40% is 8%, and not -20% Effect RES, therefore the 40% Effect RES enemies will have an Effect RES of 32% with SW E2.
build her relics casually and now i got over 120% effect hit rate on her. quite not sure what to feel about it. maybe i'll try to find some crits to balance it

Why run ER% rope on E0 when the minimum turns that you can ult is every 3 turns? You can go atk% rope and vonwaq set and achieve 3 turns anyway so ER% rope is a waste of damage because Anything past 5% energy rate is a waste.
Can E0 Silver Wolf uses Quantum set? Or is the meteor set better ? My lvl 60 SW E0 is currently using Quantum set, with 101 EHR, 135 SPD and 54 break effect 53 Break effect are from Rope, haven’t got an Energy Rope and Quantum Orb yet
I'm using meteor right now and i have to say it alot better than Quantum set. I have extra set while farming for Seele but after using it from time to time, you have almost 0 benefit from it. Swap to shooting meteor and she deal around 100k dmg on her engtanglement at 5 stacks
So it doesn’t matter how many characters of the same type there are but what matters is their element like if I have 3 psych and sw there is still a 50/50 chance of getting psych or qua and not 75/25 right?
It Depends On The Enemies Weaknesses. Easiest Way To Put It. If U Have Phys/Quan On Ur Team The Enemy Already Has A Phys Weakness Ur 100% Gonna Get Quan But If They Have Neither Weakness U Will Have A 50/50 Between Ur Team

Fortunately the museum event has a self-modelling resin, perfect for getting the last piece I need for her. After completing her event too I realised that by the end of her banner I could get rather close to pity again, and then thought of trying to get Luocha if I'm fortunate enough to win the 50/50. Now my goal is exactly that in order to make one of the harshest and gacha heavy teams in the game, being duo quantum/imaginary with Seele, Silver Wolf, Welt and Luocha. So many debuffs, so much damage and nice healing too.

As for relics what about the Energy Recharge one? Personally i think it could be a great choice to make sure she can reliably spam her Ultimate. The atk% from EHR set is nice however a lot of us will be overcapping unless we strictly go for DPS stats.
Xlice did a excellent comprehensive explanation though it can be confusing for some people. At Eidolon 0 Silverwolf, you can run energy recharge for her ultimate uptime. If you Silverwolf is eidolon 1, the eidolon provides energy regeneration for every debuff so basically you can go for more dps oriented relics as such crit rate/dmg body or atk rope.

Since I don't have Pela (for whatever reason she's the only 4 star unit I don't have), it would be really nice if I win my first 50/50 and get her. I wouldn't really mind the weakness implant thingy, I just want her defense down debuff for the time being.
Still working on my full Imaginary team with her. I managed to do a single pull on my high-end Seele account and got her so now I can toy with dual team comps and work towards Fu Xian.
I tried her in a team of Welt, Sampo and SW, and it actually was pretty insane. Since Sampo just needs a few turns with his basic attack to ramp up DOT, Welt and SW get all the skill points. For sustain I use Gepard or Natasha and just am careful on what enemy or boss I use the weakness break on.
i’ll be happy to get her when they start rerunning characters, but for now i’m doing really well with saving since getting e2 jing yuan… hopefully luocha isn’t painful and i can get either blade or kafka
I saved 95 pulls and 40 pity for her and ended up winning 50/50 at 82 pity. I had 53 pulls left so I did 1 more 10 pull bcs I had e5 asta and wanted to e6 and ended up winning another 50/50 at 5 pity and now I have F2P E1 SW. She’s my fav character so I’m very happy! Good luck everyone

If you are going for meta, I highly recommend to get SW and maybe skip for luocha (Since luocha is a healer and we're getting a lot of helaers in the future). But if you are also planning to get blade then ig it's fine to get luocha

@@DenjiSora if you can't do MOC, just try to ignore it. The characters right now are not so many, and is really hard to finish moc with all 3 stars. It took me at least a year to 36 star spiral abyss lmao
I decided to ignore this vid since i didn't have silver wolf but suddenly after just 30 pulls i won the 50/50 and got her today so a slight change of plan is to be made here LMAO
SW with full break build is insane.
With lots of Break stats on her, it will make her break effect dmg stronger and Entanglement makes enemy delay even longer, giving more breathing room for your team. Stalling enemies is survivability + more attacks on them.
Her def shred also helps increase her break dmg. It's amazing. I'd argue it's her best build as long as she can consistently break the enemies.

I just come to realize, for my fellow SW haver, we would need to pull for most of the other tank/healer element character if you want to brute force with SW-Seele so that you can match those tank/healer to the weakness of the enemy and guarantee quantum weakness from SW

At 96% EHR IPC set provides the same ATK as Herta set so it can be used for E1 sub DPS build.
If you run sprightly planar set you dont need er rope even at e0, putting her next to a tank works for constant three turn rotation to gain the most benefit out of her ult
I currently run double Quantum and double Physical team but I don't have Sushang and Selee so instead of Sushang, I run Physical MC and since I don't have Seele, I run Qungque. So my main current team is composed of SW, Qingque, Physical MC and Natasha. Very f2p and budget friendly but bro it is simply the best. Yum! Hehehe. I use this team in all kinds of scenarios. May it SU, MOC, EOW, map farming.

Honestly, i dont think she NEEDS to build effect hit rate other than the one she gets from her lightcone and traces, 66-76% is already high enough and i'd rather have her deal more damage since she has pretty good dmg ratio on her ultimate, on top it's damage being applied after the defense shred.
Overall i feel like her dmg because of the defense shred already has a pretty good potential and that its not worth sacrificing that to guarantee or nearly guarantee desired weakness

@@kleinfut its not the same, its like playing kazuha and not be sure to apply his buff all the time. For overall damage its better to have the 96 hsr (against big boss) and then focus on the damage

Question here. Say I have managed to get E2 SW and S1 5star light cone but wanted to save the f2p one for my welt. Would the S1 light cone be sufficient for a hybrid damage dealer provided I got my sub stats right and tan Pan 2piece set? Or would I need to pick main chest EHR?

It’s up to the enemies you face to. If it’s a single boss like Cocolia / Gep / Bronya / Kaf running Tingyun and max damage Seele is better , but if you face the duo guys bosses (ex. Voidranger) running Jing yuan for more AOE damage to speed up your time is better.

You can make 100% any element as long the enemy has the type your team already has, so if enemy is wind/ice/fire, and you bring SW/FMC/Asta/Seele you 100% will get quantum.

Folks! I think you guys misunderstand the Eidolon 2: the wording implies, that Effect RES is reduced by 20%, i.e. 20% of 40% is 8%, and not -20% Effect RES, therefore the 40% Effect RES enemies will have an Effect RES of 32% with SW E2.

Why run ER% rope on E0 when the minimum turns that you can ult is every 3 turns? You can go atk% rope and vonwaq set and achieve 3 turns anyway so ER% rope is a waste of damage because Anything past 5% energy rate is a waste.

Can E0 Silver Wolf uses Quantum set? Or is the meteor set better ? My lvl 60 SW E0 is currently using Quantum set, with 101 EHR, 135 SPD and 54 break effect
53 Break effect are from Rope, haven’t got an Energy Rope and Quantum Orb yet
I'm using meteor right now and i have to say it alot better than Quantum set. I have extra set while farming for Seele but after using it from time to time, you have almost 0 benefit from it. Swap to shooting meteor and she deal around 100k dmg on her engtanglement at 5 stacks

The free lightcone gives 40% EHR at S5 right? So, how much effect hit rate would you need to roll for substats if the body piece is not EHR main stat?
If we count min roll base u need another min roll on each piece for 98% , eff hit body is not worth

It Depends On The Enemies Weaknesses. Easiest Way To Put It. If U Have Phys/Quan On Ur Team The Enemy Already Has A Phys Weakness Ur 100% Gonna Get Quan But If They Have Neither Weakness U Will Have A 50/50 Between Ur Team
