I think Black Swan is quite underrated. That said, it's probably hard to powerscale her because she had a pretty solid buff in the memory zone, but I think she is still worth a mention. Just alone, the fact that she can wipe out and manipulate memories is incredibly powerful.

@KuusetsuSan we dont know if it's limited to the dreamscape. Memosnatchers exist outside of the dreamscape aswell and they steal others' memories. They are even specially trained so to resist looking into or controlling someones memories. Also, their ability to effectively become "nonexistent" is pretty underrated, I believe. Not having a physical form, yet being able to appear and physically interact with things if they want to, is pretty broken imo.

I think it should be mentioned here that a lot of the "good guys" don't use their full strength because the potential collateral damage would be massive. For example, Trailblazer, Welt, Acheron, Firefly, Jing Yuan, and more than a few others using their full power could lead to a lot of unnecessary destruction. So far in the game, they've been put in situations where if they really went all out, a lot of civilians could potentially be hurt or even killed by the collateral damage. Take Firefly, for example. In her animated short, we only see her go full supernova once it was clear to her that she was the only one of her people left on that planet. Everyone else so far has had to hold back their power in fear of damaging their allies. The only way I feel that many HSR characters can really show their strength is when they've been isolated from allies and other potential sources of collateral damage. On another note, I'm surprise Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae didn't make the list. He's basically on par with Jing Yuan and the other Arbiter generals in that form.

Although it goes to show why that friend group is so respected, at least 3 emanator level threats (yingxing was like a blacksmith if i recalled so he'd be like odens father from one piece where he makes famed blades but wouldnt be too strong since he learned fighting from constantly dying later on). Makes it all the more interested that they couldn't kill an emanator of abundance till the opening, lending credence to how strong blades immortality is even as possibly a fraction of the emanators, also that Hoolay isnt an emanator(to our knowledge) and his immortality is on par with blades even though itd be weaker (makes me even more hyped for Lan vs Yaoshi cause yaoshi is even more immortal than an emanator multiple times over and Lan is multiple times stronger than the quintets power multiplied)
Yeah Firefly was holding back in the whole peanacony quest even when she fights Acheron (but they both were holding back). I'd say Sunday boss form was also holding back, he could have won if not by sheer trailblazer plot armor. Like dude's gotta be unlucky as heck to encounter everybody that counters him.

Acheron said it herself. Everyone is enveloped by IX's shadow, some are able to tap more into it and in turn get enveloped more by the shadow. This shadow slowly consumes them , affecting their identity. That's the reason why Acheron only has the color red when she draws her sword. In her conversation with Tiernan she says states that she has some color left, from this we can assume that at some point Acheron will be swallowed by the nihility thus ending her story.

Yeah, Welt's limitation is his understanding of the things he's trying to create, after all, the core is missing the 300,000 minds that used to be in it. However, when it comes to recreating the Star of Eden or his own body we know he's absolutely still capable of it (he's done so multiple times). Honestly, at this point there should be a meme about how often the Star of Eden breaks.

If there would ever be a second swarm disaster (which there is some evidence foreshadowing this, there are theory videos about this on UA-cam) Welt breaking out that power could certainly come in handy
The thing is, Welt has to still have his powers as the Herrscher of Reason since that's the only way he could have recreated the Star of Eden as a cane. I believe Bronya also gave the core back, but unfortunately it doesn't have the 300,000 minds in it after she became Herrscher of Truth. Basically, he still has his Herrscher powers, but he doesn't have all of the minds that helped fill in the gaps in his knowledge that made it so he could recreate just about anything. Honestly, that's probably why he mostly relies on the Star of Eden... he's recreated it so many times that he has a full understanding of that divine key in particular.
Wtf you guys overrated his mechs so much. The robots are so inefficient in combat that they deal little to no damage to a stronger individual. They are also easily destroyed that's why Welt had to spawn a swarm of them against Sirin just to panick her out and borrow some time for the nuclear bomb to be delivered. You can also see that Welt had a hard time managing his Honkai energy to create such number of mechs because he coughed up blood. In short, creating a swarm of mechs is inefficient and exhausting. If he ever gets to a serious situation, he'd rather wield the Star of Eden. It is powerful, effective, sustainable and not so self-harming. He did not use the Star of Eden in most situations back in HI3 for nothing.
@@bigbruh698 Star of Eden is definitely less taxing since he is one of the weakest Herrschers and has never really had that great of an adaptability to honkai energy. Welt already knows that if he can't finish off an enemy with his first attack his best option is to buy time (which is why he uses swarm tactics most of the time when he can't use Star of Eden). Honestly, there's a reason the "sustain" Welt build is the lore accurate Welt build, 90% of the time he uses his powers to buy time for everyone else. Also, the mechs vs Sirin isn't exactly a good example since it took Fu Hua using Fenghuang Down's zeroth power to weaken Sirin enough for Cecilia, Siegfried, Theresa, and Welt (he was supporting them at the time, mainly to get them out of Sirin's mind/trap or whatever it was) to finally bring her down. The most important thing about Welt's ability to spawn those mechs in HSR is that he could potentially even out a battlefield where there are thousands of enemies against the Astral express... Now if Welt spawned Wotan or Arahato, that's a different story. In a lot of situations I'd be willing to put my money on a Star of Eden augmented Arahato.

Jingliu is probably the strongest non emanator in HSR And Acheron is probably the strongest character in HSR period, besides aeons, cause the whole reason emanators are so powerful is because the Aeon shares their power with the emanator, but they chose how much power they give out With IX it doesn't care enough to put restrictions on how much power Acheron can use from it, so theoretically Acheron can be as powerful as IX itself

One of the strongest my opinion could be Welt Yang if he ever get enough Honkai Energy to go full Herrcsher mode. Edit: What I maybe also meant to say is say is Yang never fully accepted been Herrscher of Reason, in the comic shows that if he try to use the full use of Reason he hurt himself but he could still fight Sirin, clone "Joyce", Sigfried, Kevin, Otto + others we don't know about, ind till he willingly give his core to Bronya when she rescueing Seele and later on she give it back, we still haven't seen him full herrcher or have a herrcher personality like the other's herrcher's had. Welt is just in my opinion a "demi-herrcher" like a demi-god, I would like him go full herrcher mode with herrcher personality to save the Express but loss him like most of the other's herrcher had but in the end saved by the Express and maybe ally's too.
Honestly, his biggest weakness atm is that he doesn't have the 300,000 minds in the herrscher core (still has the core though) to fill in any gaps in his knowledge. I'm wondering if the database on the Astral express was created so Welt could have enough knowledge to use his full power when needed. That being said, the old way of having an Indian call center full of German engineers on speed dial was super effective.
Other powerful characters: Himeko (she's powerful but we just haven't seen her use her full powers yet), Yanqing (although on the weaker side on this list but he's still powerful, able to stand his ground against Blade, Dan Heng IL, Hoolay, and Jingliu without tiring), Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae (I think this is pretty self explainatory), Argenti (he casually cut open a giant swarm bug stomach), and Black Swan (she can warp memories)
personally i dont think the generals themselves are emanators but the "spirits" they receive are, or are at least distinct manifestations of the hunts power. its confirmed that if jing yuan stepped down he would give up lightning lord, and given that emanators are chosen by very distant and fickle beings just being able to swap that because mortals are having a change of the guard seems like something an aeon wouldnt really care about and the xianzhou probably wouldnt want to rely on that to make sure new generals are just as competent as the former ones
By this point the only person that I would believe to be the true hunt emanator is the Marshal herself, the other generals are blessed by the emanator spirits like how Sunday and Robin are supposed to be vessels for Harmony emanators
I don't think all the generals are. Feixiao for instance doesn't seem like an emanator. Look at huaiyen the old general he says he's retired before but the grand marshall keeps calling him back. Are we to assume that he loses his emanatorhood the gains it back several times? I think you have to go earn it. Feixiao may be more active than Jing but she was a slave to the borison not too long ago.
Some of the popular characters and why they're strong in lore: Welt is OP, a herscherr (i forgot how to spell it) in HI3. He's the only hi3 character who's the same person in hsr. I won't deep-dive into hi3 lore, but basically his powers got sealed off. You literally see him summon and shatter black holes STILL after being sealed. Yep. Just imagine his prime. He isn't going to get power boosted, but he's strong in lore, nevertheless. Jing Yuan, a general of the Luofu, earned the favor of Lan the Hunt and got LL, which made him basically an emanator and very strong. I don't think he's getting a boost in power knowing mihoyo, but he's surely going to reappear in the story. Blade is immortal. That's it... I don't really know about firefly, so I'll keep silent, but i heard she's older than Nanook. Jingliu is... Not disappointing, to say the least, for a mortal. Her specialty is in her swordsmanship and ice element, and is considered possibly the best sword wielder in the game, or at least in Xianzhou, for sure. I think her max potential is already achieved, but if not, I'm sure she's going to get a big jump in power level instead of a continuous growth in power. Acheron is an emanator who's shown great feats, but hasn't gotten maxed out potential yet. Her limit is unknown, and she's generally very strong offensive wise. While all those are correct, I also believe Dan Feng or DHIL could be considered as one of the strongest characters. DHIL is just Dan Feng (who of which could be stronger than or be an emanator) but DHIL doesn't have his healing abilities YET, and like most characters, he may eventually unlock his full potential or surpass Dan Feng. To add to all that, he's a direct descendant of an Aeon. That could mean anything, along with being a viyadhara. (DHIL/DF could be on par with acheron and stronger than everyone else on this list (except welt), assuming they all have reached full potential) (Welt will still always be stronger than all of them, sealed or not. He could be the closest to an aeon amongst the playable characters) I tried to be fair with the list, no hate please 😂👍 For reference, JY is still my favorite character. I hope i didn't show too much of that.
Nice list, however I'd change a few things. One, current Welt should scale closely to an Emanator. And secondly, Firefly is confirmed planetary via her animated short where she destroyed her home world Glamoth while fighting the Swarm. I also don't think Dan Heng is anywhere even close to Acheron in power, and even if he was, she still has way better hax/abilities that would be to much for him to handle. Other than that, I fully agree.

And yes, I looked it up for firefly and she's really strong, too, regardless the age. For Acheron and DHIL I completely agree, but I think DHIL would eventually be stronger than his current state, and when both characters reach their fullest, the fight wouldn't be so easy for both sides. As for Dan Feng, eventually Acheron would win undoubtedly, but he's already "dead", and I'm just using him for power scaling. By the way most of my statements for DHIL's potential are based on the fact that he's a direct descendant of an Aeon (who disappeared, but I haven't seen them confirmed dead) and a Viyadhara (the top amongst them all) which gives him a lot of potential to power, maybe surpassing or on par with an an emanator's. Also DF had healing properties, not just offensive capabilities, which is a good bonus. And lastly, I read somewhere that DHIL's "WORLD cleansing dragon" literally means what it is. Most of these are unconfirmed, so don't take my word for it. It's just based on how I know mihoyo 😅 Thanks btw

One character I feel gets overlooked in these discussions is Luocha. Though I do think he would fall into the category of we don't know enough about him yet to really say for sure, I still think he deserves an honorable mention given I'm pretty sure that Jing Yuan said that only an emanator could sneak a stellaron onto the Luofu without him noticing, implying that Luocha is an emanator (of abundance, bc he specifically mentioned that's where his power stems from). While I don't think he'd be powerful in combat, his power would show in other ways (healing and such). Also what we see of him in game is him 100% downplaying his abilities and hiding what he's truly capable of, and EVEN THEN we saw him heal Xueyi (an ingenium meaning normal healing shouldn't work on her) like it was nothing

Whatever welt has (I don't kneo hi3 lore so say anything) 9. Elation (sparkles interference) To bearly beat Sunday in his double emanator form (Harmony emanator through possesing dominicus and an emanator of Order through his manifestation of Order's embryo of philosophy) He's definitely up there
I wouldn't be so sure as Emanators of Equilibrium exists as well. They are even compared to some Aeons, so even if Acheron can draw infinite power from IX, she can't win against an Emanator who literally looks after the balance of the universe on behalf their Aeon
I have a speculation in order for MC to gain "True" Nihility power it said that MC must receive very bad event, that affect TB both Physically or Mentally like losing someone, torture, or even TB fail to do something causing them to feel so depresed, and second MC must contaiminate with the Shadow of IX is realm of Nihility when Acheron show it in Penacony. But if we don't want anything bad to happen to the main cast I believe it can happen during TB past where they get acces to Nihility. Like MC has prqetty solemn, and dark past so far the only hint we know about MC past that their we're artificial human create to host a Stellaron but what if there is more about MC past like their we're also purpose to become Living Weapon like how Glammoth did by making Iron Cavalry, because of this IX gain interest to them so IX decide to bestow them that power. MC after gaining the power of Nihility maybe couldn't control it at first so maybe after meeting Elio, MC decide to seal that power for the time being, or just other way arounds, and maybe during the time MC in Stellaron Hunter he only use fraction of Nihility power they have. Maybe this is also make MC so close to Kafka since she teach MC about general kwoledge and common sense, because MC already lost it due to the influence of Nihility. By the way this is just my Wild Speculation of how MC got Nihility power.
I think trailbalazer doesn't nececasery have gone through traumatic exparience to gain nihility path because first doctor of chaos exist second you can't come back after become self anihilator so for me its "saver" for trailblazer to inheriting power from doctor of chaos rather than be self anihilator.
I really don't know where you people are getting these delusions about Welt. Herrschers (excluding HoFi) are planetary level at most. Do you really think that beings of such immense power as you claim the Herrschers to have would struggle with destroying the Earth as much as they did? Sirin had 6 cores at one point (although, you could make an argument that she was kinda stupid for not using them right), yet she still got obliterated by Otto's nukes. HoR is not omnipotent, it is very much limited to what the user understands, and Welt himself is limited to Earth's technology (he said himself on multiple occasions that he has no idea how the Astral Express works). And even if that wasn't an issue, you are all forgetting that Welt is barely even a Herrschers anymore (because Kiana and the cocoon have been siphoning the Honkai energy from the Herrschers cores). As for the Star of Eden, do you really think that the Previous Era would have struggled so much woth the subsequent Herrschers if that divine key was so powerful? Ordinary Herrschers are AT MOST at a level of an emanator, while HoFi Kiana (and maybe Sa) is the only one relatively equal to an Aeon. The misunderstanding seems to stem from how Hoyo explains their cosmology. HSR takes place in the ENTIRETY of the Imaginary tree, while HI3 takes place in the Solar system, and the bubble universes TIED TO the Solar system. If you are still not convinced, go and talk to Welt on the train, and ask him about the Aeons. He outright tells you just how powerful even emanators are, let alone Aeons. Case closed.
I could debunk this all so easily, but I don't feel like it atm. Maybe later. For now, I'll give one example. In the canon Durandal VN, which stated that Sirin in her prime could destroy or create a Solarsystem, it is mentioned that Herrschers that came after her could manipulate even greater levels of energy. Keep in mind the Solarsystem statement was also stated about Welt as well. And when it comes to Kiana, she is so much more powerful than Aeons that it's laughable to even suggest they are close whatsoever. Kiana is effectively ruling the proper world (Imaginary Tree) atm, while SA is doing the same with the SoQ. There is even a scan of Kiana using an avatar of Finality to merge together two large bubble universes in-game. She can canonically do that, as it was stated in the game that only power on her or SA'S level can merge together bubble universes. And these were huge, not regular sized bubble worlds. They held thousands of stars within them and probably many planets and moons as well. You can even go look at the scan yourself. In part 1.5, Kiana shot a FTL planetary bullet and injured SA, completely destroying one of her tentacles that was treated as a deity on the planet Phosphorus. And SA was stated to have roots that extend throughout the ENTIRE SoQ, which is a multiversal sized space. It was commented on that SA'S tentacles are scattered everywhere throughout the stars. She was also stated to be omniscient as well. All that and only 10% as powerful as Kiana according to the lore. And up to now, Kiana, since becoming the Herrscher of Finality, hasn't even broken a sweat whatsoever. Everything she has done in part 1.5 was so casual to her. She quite literally has the authority to point and click planets out of existence and end her own universe if she wants to.

There is also the fact that Welt was almost fatally overexerting himself while creating no more than 10000 heavy machinery in the fight against Sirin. Cocoon of Finality isn't the only source of Honkai in the Imaginary Tree, thus it doesn't control all of the Honkai energy in existence. I think Blade and Hoolay should be in the list tbh. Calling them weak is like calling Deadpool and Wolverine weak. They lost because Jingliu can freeze and restrains them, however in a battle where the opponent isn't that good at restraining like Danheng in Blade's trailer, Hoolay and Blade will win due to sheer endurance. Kinda like Ban from 7 Deadly Sins.

Powerscale on gacha games is always so difficult cus everyone just votes for his favorites Like people saying black swan or sparkle are emanators and like, no????, they are high rankings at their faction but not nearly as strong as xianzhou generals or stellaron hunters, and not even reaching the heels of characters like acheron, taraban, Herta or diamond. sparkle specially has literally zero feats, she just tricks on weaker pathriders, not even strong ones like base sunday and still she almost always makes her way to this conversations even when all she do was putting on bombs that didnt even present a danger for the playable characters, just to civilians There are characters who are heavily wrong rated on power like blade with the body and blood of shuhu, an emanator of abundance, but blade is unfairly downplayed becuase he was taking Ls of literally some of the strongest characters on the list or argenti beating a propagation bug of the same size as the one that killed the remanents of the iron cavalry Kafka is very hard to powerscale, she has the least destructive power of the stellaron hunters but at the same time she probably can win against all of them, but she loses against fu xuan, who is a potential new general but blade was part of the strongest generals in the high cloud quintet so kafka should be capable of brainwashing fu xuan too and this all just make out a chaos without sense, etc. And the cherry of the top, acheron, who obviously is by far the strongest playable character on hsr but people still found ways to absurdly overvalue her, she could beat all of the playable characters at the same time? Probably yes, she is near aeon level because IX doesn't care about anything? Hell no, the glazing is wild

I think emanators have different power so they don't need to be always stronger the other characters expecially in a fight. Black Swan is considered an emanator simply because she is a memokeeper of the Garden of Recollection and Welt said there is a rumor about them that are emanators; it's a rumor but at the moment it's not confirmed nor denied so people can say whatever they want.

We can make the claim that the sole ability to record memories is something only Fuli is able to have and being an Aeon of the Remembrance would need to allow pathstriders to be emanators to have access to that ability. It’s possible those who are granted the ability to record memories for Fuli are emanators as we don’t know what qualifications an emanator of Rememberance needs.
Acheron has near uncapped access to Nihility’s power. It’s not glazing it’s being observant. If IX did care able people tapping into nihility’s power that would make IX a hypocrite. IX not caring about who touches the powers of Nihility is why it’s near impossible as they are not granting access to it nor do they care of someone’s touches it.

Idk if I'm wrong or not but this might be a hot take. Maybe it's just me but I didn't read anything about the Stellaron Hunters interacting with Elio at all, all I remember was him giving the hunters a script to follow. So if Elio can indeed travel through past or future, maybe he travelled back into our current mc and that our mc is Elio? Since I remember the mc having flashbacks or foreshadows of his/her journey when they fought the Doomsday Beast. So maybe it is him since Elio can see future possibilities and all. And that's how they coincidentally found us in the ship lol, but this is my opinion.

I feel like Welt's power is often overrated in as he isn't even one of the strongest characters in Hi3. His power of to being able to construct things he understands is quite versatile due his vast knowledge. However he has always seemed to have been hold back by his human body apparently most Herchers anatomy changes but Welt stayed human. After quick research I found Bronya(Hi3) returned the core of reason to him but I don't know much about how Honkai energy works and if he can regenerate his honkai energy in an another universe specially with Kiana doing her thing. If he could power his core he could grow stronger than even in his peak as hsr universe seems to be technologically quite advanced. His "weakness" is also one of the reasons he is my favorite Honkai character as he survives though wit and seer power of will.

The thing that makes me sad is that people underestimate the hell out of Blade. Guy is stated to be enough to destroy a planet. Jingliu has confessed that he is on her level, and their fight was not some one sided slam like people think. He very nearly took her head off and the two fought on equal terms until she launched her ultimate attack, meanwhile Blade didn't do so in return. Man wanted to die, and she knew that, he wasn't even fighting to win, he was fighting to push her enough to use said attack and she did. Blade's glaring weakness is that he never tries to win fights that aren't instructed by Elio. If he's just dealing with bullshit, he tends to not care or lose control. Sam took down a washed up and miserable Blade who could care less why she and Kafka were attacking him, the guy only growing motivated when promised perma death by Kafka. He's a wielder of a divine sword of his own creation and has even more experience than Jing Yuan in combat, Jing Yuan only besting Jingliu due to her going mad and using Blade's divine weapon to finish the job. I'm not saying he's top five, but fucker is essentially an immortal Jingliu that can destroy planets. He's easily in the top ten.
He's not a Herrscher, but yes, he still has 1% of his original authority. SoE isn't created from his Herrscher authority, it was created using the core of the Herrscher of Earth, who had control over the concept of gravity and space-time.

I liked the video. I don't think she should have been on the list because we just don't know enough about her, but I suspect in the long term Himeko will be on this list. As said earlier, we know literally nothing about her, she's had the ambition and insight to be the navigator of the astral express, everyone seems to respect her including Herta, she seems to be all knowing, I assume Welt technically falls under her and we already know how powerful he is... plus other sussy stuffs.
SpSparkle could also be very powerful, after all she has managed to recreate the entire Stelaron Hunter crew with her illusions, although of course not as strong. Black Swan could also fit into this list, especially with her ability to take people's memories.
I believe Welt has his herrscher powers still since he says he can recreate things he's seen in game. The star of eden weapon he has his just controls gravity, that's all that it does. His HoR powers is what lets him recreate battleships and heavy artillery at will not the cane.
He has his core, and 1% of his original authority left. So, he is no longer a Herrscher but able to stuff on a smaller scale with it like create animations and shape SoE into the cane he has. His main source of power now is SoE itself.
Silver wolf is still good right. Sure she isn’t meta but I think applying the elemental debuff is still great. Like she could basically make FeXiao pretty strong right.
For anyone that's still thinking Welt is hot stuffs, let it be known that the guy is so weak that even Rita could deal with him. Herrschers can scale above Aeons since they're a manifestation of a being that exist in every Leafs in the Tree or Bubble in the Sea, but Welt does not belong to that Category. The best Welt can go is above an S Rank Valkyrie with no Divine Key. Which is basically above Standard Pathstriders and way below Emanators
Prime Welt is OP, and would be to much for HSR Verse minus maybe a few Aeons. The thing is, even though Welt is far from the strongest in his own universe, that Verse is stronger than HSR by default. So anybody considered "weaker" in Hi3 universe will automatically be stronger in HSR universe, as Hi3 scales above HSR. That also includes current Welt, who although no longer a Herrscher, should still scale somewhere close to an Emanator because of his Divine Key.

Its crazy how Silverwolf in game plays like a nerfed version of herself already and she's not a 4 star. If they demoted her to a 4 star and released a 5 star version that would be insane. Silverwolf is the only one who knows its a game, so it would be interesting if in the future she also gets a path switching mechanism like March and MC. From the existing cast she would make the most sense for it. I don't think Feixiao is even the strongest General, she's also not even in her prime because of her sickness, of course she is strong but not the strongest Xianzhou native.

Also, they all apprehended Kafka and she surrendered. She's not doing s##t against Welt. And Sunday brainwashing Welt is hax, and even Acheron needed help to take Sunday down. The Ebon dear's deal wasn't that is was to powerful, it simply kept regenerating over and over again, making it practically unkillable in that state. You also have to realize that the only time Welt has ever even considered or used Star of Eden were against the Doomsday Beast and Stelleron, as well as against Adventurine to protect the crew. He also threatened Acheron with it. Not once in the entire Phantilya fight or Ebon dear fight did he use the Star of Eden. SoE at bare minimum can destroy a planet easily. Welt hasn't even tried up until this point. He already one-shot a planetary level threat with no effort whatsoever at the start of the game. 🗿

Current Welt is debatable, but prime Welt negs Acheron and the HSR Verse. If you've read the Alien Space manga, you would know how insane he was in his prime. I'd scale current Welt closely to Acheron, and then everyone else on the list below him.

Sorry, but no. The Welt in HSR is not the same Welt as in HI3, but even if he was, he was a low tier herrscher. A guy is the comment section already explained, but Acheron is an anomaly in the HSR universe. There are limitations to how much power emanators can draw from the Aeons, but in Acheron's case there are no such limitations as there was never meant to be an emanator of nihility. Technically Acheron can be as powerful, if not more powerful than Aeons. Plus we know damn well HSR Welt was out there panting from fighting some mobs

Finally someone aknowledges the absurdity of SW's reality hacking. Such a stupid power with no limits, that wasn't used to any real extent (even though there were many reasons to do so in the story) and prevents me from taking the game's universe seriously (although it's not the only reason).
Arbiter generals are not emanator. Their summon is lile stone heart gimmick. If you pay attention to fyxestroll graden story, JY inherited his summon from previous loufu general as both have the same lighting lord in their arsenal. Talking about power level in this game is quite hard thou, but if i were to choose, at current characters that release acheron might take 1st spot, both in raw power and blade skill, some might think that JL might be better swordmaster than acheron in term of blade skill, but many also forget that acheron battle with blade countless time even before becoming self annihilator, this proof that she is skilled sword master herself.

Dan Feng was considered an anomaly compared to other high elder , way more powerful and even compared to Long if I remember correctly (of course not as powerful but closer to it than other) +Dan Heng IL doesn't have most of his memory like in the luofu story quest we didn't know if he could do what was asked of him He is probably way more powerful than what is let on and way more powerful than what he himself know + he didn't have a teacher for cloudhym magic so all he know he learned himself or is from fragments of his past But yeah one of the first caracters I thought about because of the potential

I think Black Swan is quite underrated.
That said, it's probably hard to powerscale her because she had a pretty solid buff in the memory zone, but I think she is still worth a mention. Just alone, the fact that she can wipe out and manipulate memories is incredibly powerful.
And only few can hit her and see her, as she doesn't have a physical body, like a virus, only people she wants can see her, if she feels like it.
She doesn't seem that different from most memokeepers unless I am forgetting something.

@KuusetsuSan we dont know if it's limited to the dreamscape. Memosnatchers exist outside of the dreamscape aswell and they steal others' memories. They are even specially trained so to resist looking into or controlling someones memories.
Also, their ability to effectively become "nonexistent" is pretty underrated, I believe. Not having a physical form, yet being able to appear and physically interact with things if they want to, is pretty broken imo.

I think it should be mentioned here that a lot of the "good guys" don't use their full strength because the potential collateral damage would be massive. For example, Trailblazer, Welt, Acheron, Firefly, Jing Yuan, and more than a few others using their full power could lead to a lot of unnecessary destruction. So far in the game, they've been put in situations where if they really went all out, a lot of civilians could potentially be hurt or even killed by the collateral damage. Take Firefly, for example. In her animated short, we only see her go full supernova once it was clear to her that she was the only one of her people left on that planet. Everyone else so far has had to hold back their power in fear of damaging their allies. The only way I feel that many HSR characters can really show their strength is when they've been isolated from allies and other potential sources of collateral damage.
On another note, I'm surprise Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae didn't make the list. He's basically on par with Jing Yuan and the other Arbiter generals in that form.

Makes it all the more interested that they couldn't kill an emanator of abundance till the opening, lending credence to how strong blades immortality is even as possibly a fraction of the emanators, also that Hoolay isnt an emanator(to our knowledge) and his immortality is on par with blades even though itd be weaker (makes me even more hyped for Lan vs Yaoshi cause yaoshi is even more immortal than an emanator multiple times over and Lan is multiple times stronger than the quintets power multiplied)
Yeah Firefly was holding back in the whole peanacony quest even when she fights Acheron (but they both were holding back). I'd say Sunday boss form was also holding back, he could have won if not by sheer trailblazer plot armor. Like dude's gotta be unlucky as heck to encounter everybody that counters him.

Acheron said it herself. Everyone is enveloped by IX's shadow, some are able to tap more into it and in turn get enveloped more by the shadow. This shadow slowly consumes them , affecting their identity. That's the reason why Acheron only has the color red when she draws her sword. In her conversation with Tiernan she says states that she has some color left, from this we can assume that at some point Acheron will be swallowed by the nihility thus ending her story.
Acheron's sword is not a divine key, it is the amalggamation of all the divine keys

Yeah, Welt's limitation is his understanding of the things he's trying to create, after all, the core is missing the 300,000 minds that used to be in it. However, when it comes to recreating the Star of Eden or his own body we know he's absolutely still capable of it (he's done so multiple times). The thing is, Welt has to still have his powers as the Herrscher of Reason since that's the only way he could have recreated the Star of Eden as a cane. I believe Bronya also gave the core back, but unfortunately it doesn't have the 300,000 minds in it after she became Herrscher of Truth. Basically, he still has his Herrscher powers, but he doesn't have all of the minds that helped fill in the gaps in his knowledge that made it so he could recreate just about anything. Honestly, that's probably why he mostly relies on the Star of Eden... he's recreated it so many times that he has a full understanding of that divine key in particular.
Wtf you guys overrated his mechs so much. The robots are so inefficient in combat that they deal little to no damage to a stronger individual. They are also easily destroyed that's why Welt had to spawn a swarm of them against Sirin just to panick her out and borrow some time for the nuclear bomb to be delivered. You can also see that Welt had a hard time managing his Honkai energy to create such number of mechs because he coughed up blood.
In short, creating a swarm of mechs is inefficient and exhausting. If he ever gets to a serious situation, he'd rather wield the Star of Eden. It is powerful, effective, sustainable and not so self-harming. He did not use the Star of Eden in most situations back in HI3 for nothing.
@@bigbruh698 Star of Eden is definitely less taxing since he is one of the weakest Herrschers and has never really had that great of an adaptability to honkai energy. Welt already knows that if he can't finish off an enemy with his first attack his best option is to buy time (which is why he uses swarm tactics most of the time when he can't use Star of Eden).
Honestly, there's a reason the "sustain" Welt build is the lore accurate Welt build, 90% of the time he uses his powers to buy time for everyone else.
Also, the mechs vs Sirin isn't exactly a good example since it took Fu Hua using Fenghuang Down's zeroth power to weaken Sirin enough for Cecilia, Siegfried, Theresa, and Welt (he was supporting them at the time, mainly to get them out of Sirin's mind/trap or whatever it was) to finally bring her down.
The most important thing about Welt's ability to spawn those mechs in HSR is that he could potentially even out a battlefield where there are thousands of enemies against the Astral express... Now if Welt spawned Wotan or Arahato, that's a different story. In a lot of situations I'd be willing to put my money on a Star of Eden augmented Arahato.

With IX it doesn't care enough to put restrictions on how much power Acheron can use from it, so theoretically Acheron can be as powerful as IX itself

One of the strongest my opinion could be Welt Yang if he ever get enough Honkai Energy to go full Herrcsher mode.
Edit: What I maybe also meant to say is say is Yang never fully accepted been Herrscher of Reason, in the comic shows that if he try to use the full use of Reason he hurt himself but he could still fight Sirin, clone "Joyce", Sigfried, Kevin, Otto + others we don't know about, ind till he willingly give his core to Bronya when she rescueing Seele and later on she give it back, we still haven't seen him full herrcher or have a herrcher personality like the other's herrcher's had.
Welt is just in my opinion a "demi-herrcher" like a demi-god, I would like him go full herrcher mode with herrcher personality to save the Express but loss him like most of the other's herrcher had but in the end saved by the Express and maybe ally's too.

Himeko (she's powerful but we just haven't seen her use her full powers yet), Yanqing (although on the weaker side on this list but he's still powerful, able to stand his ground against Blade, Dan Heng IL, Hoolay, and Jingliu without tiring), Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae (I think this is pretty self explainatory), Argenti (he casually cut open a giant swarm bug stomach), and Black Swan (she can warp memories)
personally i dont think the generals themselves are emanators but the "spirits" they receive are, or are at least distinct manifestations of the hunts power. its confirmed that if jing yuan stepped down he would give up lightning lord, and given that emanators are chosen by very distant and fickle beings just being able to swap that because mortals are having a change of the guard seems like something an aeon wouldnt really care about and the xianzhou probably wouldnt want to rely on that to make sure new generals are just as competent as the former ones
By this point the only person that I would believe to be the true hunt emanator is the Marshal herself, the other generals are blessed by the emanator spirits like how Sunday and Robin are supposed to be vessels for Harmony emanators
I don't think all the generals are. Feixiao for instance doesn't seem like an emanator. Look at huaiyen the old general he says he's retired before but the grand marshall keeps calling him back. Are we to assume that he loses his emanatorhood the gains it back several times? I think you have to go earn it. Feixiao may be more active than Jing but she was a slave to the borison not too long ago.
Some of the popular characters and why they're strong in lore:
Welt is OP, a herscherr (i forgot how to spell it) in HI3. He's the only hi3 character who's the same person in hsr. I won't deep-dive into hi3 lore, but basically his powers got sealed off. You literally see him summon and shatter black holes STILL after being sealed. Yep. Just imagine his prime. He isn't going to get power boosted, but he's strong in lore, nevertheless.
Jing Yuan, a general of the Luofu, earned the favor of Lan the Hunt and got LL, which made him basically an emanator and very strong. I don't think he's getting a boost in power knowing mihoyo, but he's surely going to reappear in the story.

I don't really know about firefly, so I'll keep silent, but i heard she's older than Nanook.
Jingliu is... Not disappointing, to say the least, for a mortal. Her specialty is in her swordsmanship and ice element, and is considered possibly the best sword wielder in the game, or at least in Xianzhou, for sure. I think her max potential is already achieved, but if not, I'm sure she's going to get a big jump in power level instead of a continuous growth in power.
Acheron is an emanator who's shown great feats, but hasn't gotten maxed out potential yet. Her limit is unknown, and she's generally very strong offensive wise.
While all those are correct, I also believe Dan Feng or DHIL could be considered as one of the strongest characters. DHIL is just Dan Feng (who of which could be stronger than or be an emanator) but DHIL doesn't have his healing abilities YET, and like most characters, he may eventually unlock his full potential or surpass Dan Feng. To add to all that, he's a direct descendant of an Aeon. That could mean anything, along with being a viyadhara.
(DHIL/DF could be on par with acheron and stronger than everyone else on this list (except welt), assuming they all have reached full potential)
(Welt will still always be stronger than all of them, sealed or not. He could be the closest to an aeon amongst the playable characters)

Nice list, however I'd change a few things. One, current Welt should scale closely to an Emanator. And secondly, Firefly is confirmed planetary via her animated short where she destroyed her home world Glamoth while fighting the Swarm. I also don't think Dan Heng is anywhere even close to Acheron in power, and even if he was, she still has way better hax/abilities that would be to much for him to handle. Other than that, I fully agree.

For Acheron and DHIL I completely agree, but I think DHIL would eventually be stronger than his current state, and when both characters reach their fullest, the fight wouldn't be so easy for both sides. As for Dan Feng, eventually Acheron would win undoubtedly, but he's already "dead", and I'm just using him for power scaling.
By the way most of my statements for DHIL's potential are based on the fact that he's a direct descendant of an Aeon (who disappeared, but I haven't seen them confirmed dead) and a Viyadhara (the top amongst them all) which gives him a lot of potential to power, maybe surpassing or on par with an an emanator's. Also DF had healing properties, not just offensive capabilities, which is a good bonus. And lastly, I read somewhere that DHIL's "WORLD cleansing dragon" literally means what it is.
Most of these are unconfirmed, so don't take my word for it. It's just based on how I know mihoyo 😅

One character I feel gets overlooked in these discussions is Luocha. Though I do think he would fall into the category of we don't know enough about him yet to really say for sure, I still think he deserves an honorable mention given I'm pretty sure that Jing Yuan said that only an emanator could sneak a stellaron onto the Luofu without him noticing, implying that Luocha is an emanator (of abundance, bc he specifically mentioned that's where his power stems from). While I don't think he'd be powerful in combat, his power would show in other ways (healing and such). Also what we see of him in game is him 100% downplaying his abilities and hiding what he's truly capable of, and EVEN THEN we saw him heal Xueyi (an ingenium meaning normal healing shouldn't work on her) like it was nothing

It's confirmed Acheron's power as an Emanator is infinite. Gopher Wood acknowledged this. She's the strongest by far and there's no coming close.

I wouldn't be so sure as Emanators of Equilibrium exists as well. They are even compared to some Aeons, so even if Acheron can draw infinite power from IX, she can't win against an Emanator who literally looks after the balance of the universe on behalf their Aeon
I have a speculation in order for MC to gain "True" Nihility power it said that MC must receive very bad event, that affect TB both Physically or Mentally like losing someone, torture, or even TB fail to do something causing them to feel so depresed, and second MC must contaiminate with the Shadow of IX is realm of Nihility when Acheron show it in Penacony. But if we don't want anything bad to happen to the main cast I believe it can happen during TB past where they get acces to Nihility. Like MC has prqetty solemn, and dark past so far the only hint we know about MC past that their we're artificial human create to host a Stellaron but what if there is more about MC past like their we're also purpose to become Living Weapon like how Glammoth did by making Iron Cavalry, because of this IX gain interest to them so IX decide to bestow them that power. MC after gaining the power of Nihility maybe couldn't control it at first so maybe after meeting Elio, MC decide to seal that power for the time being, or just other way arounds, and maybe during the time MC in Stellaron Hunter he only use fraction of Nihility power they have. Maybe this is also make MC so close to Kafka since she teach MC about general kwoledge and common sense, because MC already lost it due to the influence of Nihility. By the way this is just my Wild Speculation of how MC got Nihility power.

I really don't know where you people are getting these delusions about Welt. Herrschers (excluding HoFi) are planetary level at most. Do you really think that beings of such immense power as you claim the Herrschers to have would struggle with destroying the Earth as much as they did? Sirin had 6 cores at one point (although, you could make an argument that she was kinda stupid for not using them right), yet she still got obliterated by Otto's nukes. HoR is not omnipotent, it is very much limited to what the user understands, and Welt himself is limited to Earth's technology (he said himself on multiple occasions that he has no idea how the Astral Express works). And even if that wasn't an issue, you are all forgetting that Welt is barely even a Herrschers anymore (because Kiana and the cocoon have been siphoning the Honkai energy from the Herrschers cores). As for the Star of Eden, do you really think that the Previous Era would have struggled so much woth the subsequent Herrschers if that divine key was so powerful? Ordinary Herrschers are AT MOST at a level of an emanator, while HoFi Kiana (and maybe Sa) is the only one relatively equal to an Aeon. The misunderstanding seems to stem from how Hoyo explains their cosmology. HSR takes place in the ENTIRETY of the Imaginary tree, while HI3 takes place in the Solar system, and the bubble universes TIED TO the Solar system. If you are still not convinced, go and talk to Welt on the train, and ask him about the Aeons. He outright tells you just how powerful even emanators are, let alone Aeons. Case closed.
I could debunk this all so easily, but I don't feel like it atm. Maybe later. For now, I'll give one example. In the canon Durandal VN, which stated that Sirin in her prime could destroy or create a Solarsystem, it is mentioned that Herrschers that came after her could manipulate even greater levels of energy. Keep in mind the Solarsystem statement was also stated about Welt as well. And when it comes to Kiana, she is so much more powerful than Aeons that it's laughable to even suggest they are close whatsoever. Kiana is effectively ruling the proper world (Imaginary Tree) atm, while SA is doing the same with the SoQ. There is even a scan of Kiana using an avatar of Finality to merge together two large bubble universes in-game. She can canonically do that, as it was stated in the game that only power on her or SA'S level can merge together bubble universes. And these were huge, not regular sized bubble worlds. They held thousands of stars within them and probably many planets and moons as well. You can even go look at the scan yourself. In part 1.5, Kiana shot a FTL planetary bullet and injured SA, completely destroying one of her tentacles that was treated as a deity on the planet Phosphorus. And SA was stated to have roots that extend throughout the ENTIRE SoQ, which is a multiversal sized space. It was commented on that SA'S tentacles are scattered everywhere throughout the stars. She was also stated to be omniscient as well. All that and only 10% as powerful as Kiana according to the lore. And up to now, Kiana, since becoming the Herrscher of Finality, hasn't even broken a sweat whatsoever. Everything she has done in part 1.5 was so casual to her. She quite literally has the authority to point and click planets out of existence and end her own universe if she wants to.

Aeons are so powerful that they're near invincible." There is also the fact that Welt was almost fatally overexerting himself while creating no more than 10000 heavy machinery in the fight against Sirin. Cocoon of Finality isn't the only source of Honkai in the Imaginary Tree, thus it doesn't control all of the Honkai energy in existence. Besides, it would be a little too unprofessional of Hoyo to say that Kiana is doing nothing while everyone is fighting their asses off in APHO only for the progression of the plot.

I think Blade and Hoolay should be in the list tbh. Calling them weak is like calling Deadpool and Wolverine weak. They lost because Jingliu can freeze and restrains them, however in a battle where the opponent isn't that good at restraining like Danheng in Blade's trailer, Hoolay and Blade will win due to sheer endurance. Kinda like Ban from 7 Deadly Sins.

Like people saying black swan or sparkle are emanators and like, no????, they are high rankings at their faction but not nearly as strong as xianzhou generals or stellaron hunters, and not even reaching the heels of characters like acheron, taraban, Herta or diamond. sparkle specially has literally zero feats, she just tricks on weaker pathriders, not even strong ones like base sunday and still she almost always makes her way to this conversations even when all she do was putting on bombs that didnt even present a danger for the playable characters, just to civilians
There are characters who are heavily wrong rated on power like blade with the body and blood of shuhu, an emanator of abundance, but blade is unfairly downplayed becuase he was taking Ls of literally some of the strongest characters on the list or argenti beating a propagation bug of the same size as the one that killed the remanents of the iron cavalry
Kafka is very hard to powerscale, she has the least destructive power of the stellaron hunters but at the same time she probably can win against all of them, but she loses against fu xuan, who is a potential new general but blade was part of the strongest generals in the high cloud quintet so kafka should be capable of brainwashing fu xuan too and this all just make out a chaos without sense, etc.
And the cherry of the top, acheron, who obviously is by far the strongest playable character on hsr but people still found ways to absurdly overvalue her, she could beat all of the playable characters at the same time? Probably yes, she is near aeon level because IX doesn't care about anything? Hell no, the glazing is wild
Still, powerscalers on hsr might be bias but none of them are half as annoying as the honkai impact powerscalers, they would come to a totally civilized conversation and say "yeah but my half naked stereotypical anime girl can oneshot hsr universe" and like, yeah you are right but at the same time who gaf
I think emanators have different power so they don't need to be always stronger the other characters expecially in a fight. Black Swan is considered an emanator simply because she is a memokeeper of the Garden of Recollection and Welt said there is a rumor about them that are emanators; it's a rumor but at the moment it's not confirmed nor denied so people can say whatever they want.

Idk if I'm wrong or not but this might be a hot take. Maybe it's just me but I didn't read anything about the Stellaron Hunters interacting with Elio at all, all I remember was him giving the hunters a script to follow. So if Elio can indeed travel through past or future, maybe he travelled back into our current mc and that our mc is Elio? Since I remember the mc having flashbacks or foreshadows of his/her journey when they fought the Doomsday Beast. So maybe it is him since Elio can see future possibilities and all. And that's how they coincidentally found us in the ship lol, but this is my opinion.

I feel like Welt's power is often overrated in as he isn't even one of the strongest characters in Hi3. His power of to being able to construct things he understands is quite versatile due his vast knowledge. However he has always seemed to have been hold back by his human body apparently most Herchers anatomy changes but Welt stayed human. After quick research I found Bronya(Hi3) returned the core of reason to him but I don't know much about how Honkai energy works and if he can regenerate his honkai energy in an another universe specially with Kiana doing her thing. If he could power his core he could grow stronger than even in his peak as hsr universe seems to be technologically quite advanced. His "weakness" is also one of the reasons he is my favorite Honkai character as he survives though wit and seer power of will.
Also I am biased towards him as he shares a nationality with me.

One the most hard thing to do in Hoyo Games nowdays is powerscaling. the short answer.. is just not possible. like they really trying so hard making every single thing either it was gameplay lore, machination, system, geopolitic, organism etch... HOW IN THE BLIBICAL WATER that Acheron's domain or even Lightcone and memokeeper works... but NO.. every thing is apparantly is the BLESSING of AEON ..thats just Bullcrap... and also ELEMENT is apparently just a game mechanic and sugesstion of a certain Character make decision with their power...In the begining it was a bit bearable even if its just a little bit of action like how march freeze the silverman guards weapon.. and sampo using posion bomb to save us...or when the blazing flame lance that use to piecre a massive ice structure.. ITS MAKE SENSE... but nowdays its just..GOING AROUND LIKE A LOST DUCK AND PLAY SHERLOCK HOLMES and maybe some goofy ahh tournament arc... like did you know that Welt can LITTERLY FLY because he can control GRAVITY...RAIDEN MEI in HI3 is basicly a walking Signal Jammer because she can Manipultae NEUTRON in molecular level... The thing that makes me sad is that people underestimate the hell out of Blade. Guy is stated to be enough to destroy a planet. Jingliu has confessed that he is on her level, and their fight was not some one sided slam like people think. He very nearly took her head off and the two fought on equal terms until she launched her ultimate attack, meanwhile Blade didn't do so in return. Man wanted to die, and she knew that, he wasn't even fighting to win, he was fighting to push her enough to use said attack and she did. Blade's glaring weakness is that he never tries to win fights that aren't instructed by Elio. If he's just dealing with bullshit, he tends to not care or lose control. Sam took down a washed up and miserable Blade who could care less why she and Kafka were attacking him, the guy only growing motivated when promised perma death by Kafka. He's a wielder of a divine sword of his own creation and has even more experience than Jing Yuan in combat, Jing Yuan only besting Jingliu due to her going mad and using Blade's divine weapon to finish the job.
I'm not saying he's top five, but fucker is essentially an immortal Jingliu that can destroy planets.
He's easily in the top ten.

He's not a Herrscher, but yes, he still has 1% of his original authority. SoE isn't created from his Herrscher authority, it was created using the core of the Herrscher of Earth, who had control over the concept of gravity and space-time.

I liked the video. I don't think she should have been on the list because we just don't know enough about her, but I suspect in the long term Himeko will be on this list. As said earlier, we know literally nothing about her, she's had the ambition and insight to be the navigator of the astral express, everyone seems to respect her including Herta, she seems to be all knowing, I assume Welt technically falls under her and we already know how powerful he is... plus other sussy stuffs.

I believe Welt has his herrscher powers still since he says he can recreate things he's seen in game. The star of eden weapon he has his just controls gravity, that's all that it does. His HoR powers is what lets him recreate battleships and heavy artillery at will not the cane.
He has his core, and 1% of his original authority left. So, he is no longer a Herrscher but able to stuff on a smaller scale with it like create animations and shape SoE into the cane he has. His main source of power now is SoE itself.
I'm surprised that you didn't mention Hua, the Marshal of Xianzhou. She definitely above all people from Xianzhou at the very least.

For anyone that's still thinking Welt is hot stuffs, let it be known that the guy is so weak that even Rita could deal with him. Herrschers can scale above Aeons since they're a manifestation of a being that exist in every Leafs in the Tree or Bubble in the Sea, but Welt does not belong to that Category. The best Welt can go is above an S Rank Valkyrie with no Divine Key. Which is basically above Standard Pathstriders and way below Emanators
Prime Welt is OP, and would be to much for HSR Verse minus maybe a few Aeons. The thing is, even though Welt is far from the strongest in his own universe, that Verse is stronger than HSR by default. So anybody considered "weaker" in Hi3 universe will automatically be stronger in HSR universe, as Hi3 scales above HSR. That also includes current Welt, who although no longer a Herrscher, should still scale somewhere close to an Emanator because of his Divine Key.

Its crazy how Silverwolf in game plays like a nerfed version of herself already and she's not a 4 star. If they demoted her to a 4 star and released a 5 star version that would be insane. Silverwolf is the only one who knows its a game, so it would be interesting if in the future she also gets a path switching mechanism like March and MC. From the existing cast she would make the most sense for it. I don't think Feixiao is even the strongest General, she's also not even in her prime because of her sickness, of course she is strong but not the strongest Xianzhou native.

Also, they all apprehended Kafka and she surrendered. She's not doing s##t against Welt. And Sunday brainwashing Welt is hax, and even Acheron needed help to take Sunday down. The Ebon dear's deal wasn't that is was to powerful, it simply kept regenerating over and over again, making it practically unkillable in that state. You also have to realize that the only time Welt has ever even considered or used Star of Eden were against the Doomsday Beast and Stelleron, as well as against Adventurine to protect the crew. He also threatened Acheron with it. Not once in the entire Phantilya fight or Ebon dear fight did he use the Star of Eden. SoE at bare minimum can destroy a planet easily. Welt hasn't even tried up until this point. He already one-shot a planetary level threat with no effort whatsoever at the start of the game. 🗿

Current Welt is debatable, but prime Welt negs Acheron and the HSR Verse. If you've read the Alien Space manga, you would know how insane he was in his prime. I'd scale current Welt closely to Acheron, and then everyone else on the list below him.

Sorry, but no. The Welt in HSR is not the same Welt as in HI3, but even if he was, he was a low tier herrscher. A guy is the comment section already explained, but Acheron is an anomaly in the HSR universe. There are limitations to how much power emanators can draw from the Aeons, but in Acheron's case there are no such limitations as there was never meant to be an emanator of nihility. Technically Acheron can be as powerful, if not more powerful than Aeons. Plus we know damn well HSR Welt was out there panting from fighting some mobs

Finally someone aknowledges the absurdity of SW's reality hacking. Such a stupid power with no limits, that wasn't used to any real extent (even though there were many reasons to do so in the story) and prevents me from taking the game's universe seriously (although it's not the only reason).

Arbiter generals are not emanator. Their summon is lile stone heart gimmick. If you pay attention to fyxestroll graden story, JY inherited his summon from previous loufu general as both have the same lighting lord in their arsenal.
Talking about power level in this game is quite hard thou, but if i were to choose, at current characters that release acheron might take 1st spot, both in raw power and blade skill, some might think that JL might be better swordmaster than acheron in term of blade skill, but many also forget that acheron battle with blade countless time even before becoming self annihilator, this proof that she is skilled sword master herself.

Dan Feng was considered an anomaly compared to other high elder , way more powerful and even compared to Long if I remember correctly (of course not as powerful but closer to it than other)
+Dan Heng IL doesn't have most of his memory like in the luofu story quest we didn't know if he could do what was asked of him
