As my coach use to say “it takes 6 weeks to get into shape and it takes 6 days to get out of shape” I’ve completed the 10K program once and I’m starting over for the 4th time.
Its all about consistency. You can cut down on volume, just do some short runs a week. But try to never stop training, its really hard to get back into it.
In the video I talk about restarting the Couch to 5km journey and my Couch to 5km video that was posted 9 months is old. However, I have restarted the program and am uploading my weekly progress 😊

That is so true!! Takes so long to gain fitness but it’s so easy to lose it 😭. You got this 💪🏼❤️
