    As my coach use to say “it takes 6 weeks to get into shape and it takes 6 days to get out of shape” I’ve completed the 10K program once and I’m starting over for the 4th time.

      That is so true!! Takes so long to gain fitness but it’s so easy to lose it 😭. You got this 💪🏼❤️

    Its all about consistency. You can cut down on volume, just do some short runs a week. But try to never stop training, its really hard to get back into it.

    I am just now watching the C25k video series and haven’t been able to find the last week? Is this a new challenge was the c25 older?
