You are doing such a good job! I also started my running journey over again. I previously did a 5k and then took a long break and continued months later. My goal was a 10k. It was really a struggle to know what I was capable of doing before and then back tracking. And then I injured myself 1 week before my 10k. I am recovered now and just started training for a half marathon. It’s hard to start all over, but I know I can do it!
It’s for sure faster when you don’t look at your watch. I can’t listen to music because it doesn’t distract me enough so I listen to podcasts. The stories keep me listening and forgetting about what I am doing. You are doing an amazing job, so proud of you 👏

I like shots of running both from your POV if u have a hands free gopro chest mount and as u have done here, shots from your running mate. Its a good stream regardless of whatever style u use. ❤
You are doing amazing. Breathe how tou need to. Be selfish and take the most oxygen Breathe how you feel natural even if it is through your mouth. You need the air and if you get it quicker and fuller through the mouth then do that. ❤ all the best on your running journey. Smashing it!! 😊
Not looking at your watch is a game changer. I did this last night for the first time and ran 8km after spending the first km watch checking and planning when I was going to give up. Put my watch screen on cadence and just kept going! Great work on your longest run of the program so far.
Well done! 🥳 Yes it’s weird how we can fall into that loop of just thinking how you have so much to run and you can’t do it when you see the time going so slow or the km’s not coming around quickly. Definitely something I’m trying to improve on. Thank you for the support ☺️
