    The series of fall prevention should go on forever :) and it is worth continuing to make people aware of the importance of such exercises, because many people still don't understand this.💛

    very important for us right now. just started watching you today and am committed to continue to do these exercises with my husband who is going through treatment for intense depression and I just got shingles from the intense emotional stress, fear and emotions as we both go through the process of healing...
