This is greta info. Could you perhaps comment on your rod? I was thinking of getting she shortest boat rod I can find for sailing boat? 4ft -5ft? Do you concur?
My teak has two coats of Captain's Varnish sealant, and four coats of Captain's Varnish 1015, with a lighter and lighter sanding between the four coats. Once per year, I do a very light sanding and apply a single coat of the 1015. Looks immaculate! Cheers
I finally finished my how to fishing guide for sailors "Fishing to Live" which details all of our techniques, how to rig lures and how to make fishing from a sailboat easier. It's available at Amazon
Short and to the point.
Well done!
To the point Mate, Thanks

I just bought your book, going to read it shortly!
Quá hây hây👍👍❤❤❤❤
nice view ... looks super flat out there tho >.>
What poles are those or are they listed in your book I'm going to buy right now?
Same question, what reels as well?
Can you use a 8000 -1000 spinning reel for sailing
How many fish do you catch per mile?
That wooden deck looks like it could use some oil or wax or something. What is the best way to treat that kind of wood so that it lasts a long time?

Why not using a steel braided line as shock leader ?
Also textil braided line on the reel?
Cheers
