Shit I'd do the interview with no fear, can't let Amber have power over you, Beck. Part of you growing is standing up for yourself. I'm glad you're in that head space where you need to focus on yourself rather than jumping into another relationship. Amber could learn a thing or 2 from you. I wanna see you continue to shine and get your health/weight under control, that's the best way to get revenge 💪🏻. I struggle with weight as well but there are things you can do while waiting on the doctors, things you know they're gonna tell you. I would focus on fixing the diet since that's more important for weight loss vs exercise. What's been working for me is basically keto, 15g of carbs is my limit. I also like to have control over what's in my food so no takeout, processed, packaged, pre-made, none of that. Everytime I feel snacky I ask myself; "will this satisfy me or will I come back for more?" That usually works for me and I go for a healthier snack like; boiled eggs, cheese stick, veggies, something I craved from chips. Hope that makes sense lol. There's also exercise videos you can follow, it gets better with time. Another thing thats helped me is always having a 2liter water bottle. I drink 2 of those a day. With the combination of these and skin care, I look younger in my 30s vs my 20s. I'm still a WIP but I feel like I know what my body needs more now vs years ago. It takes time, but its better to start now then to wait, I heard it gets rough when 35 hits so that helped me to stay more focused Lol. I also use Amber and Chantel as extra motivation, do the opposite 😂 Hope these tips help if you try em, best revenge is being a better you and having that confidence 💪🏻 Show Amber what true confidence is vs these cringe ass lip sync tiktok videos 😂

These people continue to hurt others because people like us don’t want to hurt the way we were hurt, but what you need to realize is you can’t hurt a narcissist. They don’t feel hurt, it’s only a bruise to their ego. Please speak your UNFILTERED truth, please. Someone out there will avoid her by listening to your story. You can literally save peoples hearts and minds. I along with countless victims of the narcissist I had, speak out and people have now steered clear and our stories tell them that they are NO longer in control and that includes our side. Even my relationship with my own ex which was really good, had flaws that I hadn't realised until I ended it (still loved eachother just didn't seem to be moving forward for various reasons). I think he does things in such a way that leads it to be very respectful. Even though the subject matter that he discussed with Casey was messed up, it was still done in a way that wasn’t just him bashing AL (for lack of a better phrase). Casey was able to speak his truth. I can’t see Snowflake being any less than super respectful with you as well. Just some thoughts on things. Congrats on your new job. I hope it helps you out and that you don’t have to work so many dang hours. Keep your head held high cause you’re awesome. 15:19 honestly when the glue dies it is so hard to get back to holidays being "right" in fact my fam still doesnt value being together and my moms been gone 11 years. Hang in there. Do the moat fun with your sisters make new memories... whatever that looks like ex) my mom always made home made pizza Christmas day bc we had a huge huge dinner on the 26th so this year i went to my brothers in south carolina and he made pizza. It was perfect and absolutely low key we sat in our pjs. When i tell you it was so perfect and o felt like my mom was there i mean it❤
