This idea that it’s only happening in Sarasota is comical. People do the same thing here in CO. Natives be like: “I have special rights to this area before you, because my mom crotch dropped me here”. Lmao.
I grew up here. It was paradise until the 80’s. Beaches are beautiful, but over-crowded...think Atlantic City NJ on a Sunday afternoon. All the orange groves are gone due to over-development, so you won’t smell the beautiful fragrance of orange blossoms. Traffic is horrendous.
My sister has lived there 30 yrs. Due to people escaping California,NY and Jersey the roads are more congested. Not to mention I was told the sewer system has been released into the ocean twice now.
are you sure though about the sewer system? or just a rumor? i'm pretty sure the rich people in the area won't be happy about that. i don't think a nice community like sarasota would let that happen. that kind of thing usually happens in run down areas but not nice areas. but i could be wrong.
We moved back to Ohio 14 yrs ago, after living close to Naples, Florida on the SW coast. We were there 25 yrs. Over the years we were there it grew so fast. The traffic was awful, restaurants always crowded. Way to many people. Beaches crowded. It wasn't as bad in the Summer. But I cannot imagine how crowded it is now.
@@sharoncrawford7192 Amen , Way too many people now! Traffic is clogging up all the streets. Forget I75! Dangerous and Ridiculous! Madness! You all can have at it. See Ya.
Sarasota was once paradise. The past 5-10 years it changed-so much development, so many new people- who arent real nice either, getting very expensive, liked to see the tourists come, lived to see them leave. No more Sarasota for me.
It's no longer the Sarasota we grew up in !!! Overcrowded, overpriced. Lost it's charm around 1980s. Shame so many people requiring much new construction has ruined Nature. Housing is no longer affordable. Too many tourists and out of state transplants have me wondering where to move to ??
I have bigger problems with the local government approving these construction homes because it’s up to our county to say yes and they don’t seem to care about building and 100 home community on a busy one lane road full of potholes, with schools already overflowing with 200 extra students. They justify all these businesses and people moving here as “good for the economy” but the cost of living has skyrocketed as we compete with wealthy tourist and the new jobs are minimum wage employment that nobody can live off of. Sad to see the area go backwards

Most storms at the news tell you that I like going to kill you oh true I’m literally limping for my whole life and never ran away from a ⛈ It’s actually not that bad
They can try to make Sarasota as enticing as they want but in the water it's a different story. It's polluted and it's getting worse. Our last red tide outbreak lasted a year-and-a-half killed everything all the way up to dolphins and turtles and now they're trying to link it to cognitive disorders when you've been exposed to it. Yeah come on down to Sarasota or any part of Southwest Florida, the water's great!
They keep building and building and yes red tide is a NORMAL thing anymore...Run run ..There are BETTER places to live..............Overrated...Been here 40 years and THEY ARE DESTROYING IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The thing is, this is everywhere...so what are you guna do? Run from it? Not me, I'm standing my ground and it's still a beautiful paradise if you know the right parts to go to
thanks for the memories. i grew up in Sarasota. left quite a while ago.went to shs 1972 grad. everything you said brought back fond memories of living there.
@old greg Good question! After I saw your question, I asked a few friends who have lived here a long time what they thought. In short, everyone said no. There are a few pockets where you will see more homeless people - especially in front of Rosemary Cemetery. I have heard (is it true - ???) that cities up north ship down homeless people to Florida. There are resources here for them. Is it enough? I don't know. It is definitely not like San Francisco or Portland (I have friends in town right now from there and they have huge issues). Thanks for watching!
There is a HUGE homeless problem in Sarasota and Bradenton and the "help" programs are a JOKE. Yes, the salvation army and rosemary cemetery have a great deal of them who hang out there but it's all over.
Stayed at the Westin hotel in downtown Sarasota a few times. Amazing views from there roof top pool and bar. I went on the cruise 🚢 boat across the street and it took us past all the beautiful homes on the water. Went down to St. Armand’s circle ⭕️ beautiful restaurant and shops and lido beach is a little walk away from there. I should of bought something in 2018 because prices skyrocketed since then but still plan on moving close to there.
They are moving to Spring Hill in droves too! They are parasites! Everything you said and more! I'm saying this being an ex New Yorker from the Bronx! Down here since 89'. I don't think anyone would really understand unless they've been living in Florida a long time.
The summers are aweful...its like getting snowed in for 6 months. The heat can be overwhelming. So overwhelming that people leave their million dollar homes for relief.
How bad is the bug situation? I’m glad you covered that...but like do the palmettos fly around hitting you? Or is it just one or two that get into the house?
Good question! They are NOT flying around you. You may find them in the house but it isn't a plague. Love Bugs (which I don't think I mentioned in this video) are a little crazy. We have a love bug season and they do fly around - swarm. They don't swarm into the house but when you drive your car through a cloud of them you need to scrape them off the front of it. Lol! Thanks for watching!
That could be! Definitely personal preference. I know some young adults who love the beach, fishing, boating, etc or are into other sports, but if that isn't your thing that it would be harder. I am not a "night life" person to begin with 😝 but I have heard from others that the area isn't great for that. Thanks for watching and I do appreciate your insight as I am no longer under 30. LOL!
I totally disagree. There’s tons of stuff to do in Sarasota and your super close to St Pete and Tampa. As far as I’m aware it’s also one of the safest parts of Florida.
We definitely get a LOT of snow birds. They lend to the extra traffic and long lines. BUT they are part of the reason why we don't have state income tax.
Alligators, bugs, snakes are not the biggest problem. Unless your employer relocates you to Florida or you have plenty of financial back up, it is difficult to find a descent job that fits your job profile. And maybe that is why there are over 200 thousands real estate agents in Florida with over 8 thousand agents just in Sarasota. Every agent tries the best to make a sale. In reality very small group of agents makes most of the sales. Even the real estate are struggling with making a descent income in Florida. The average income of a real estate agent in Florida is hardly over 30 thousand dollar annually. Agents have to pay monthly and annual fees. Agents are basically unemployed or self employed independent contractors with no real job benefits. Agents may drive around showing homes to potential buyers with no guarantee that their client will be loyal to them. A client may buy a new house directly from a builder and the agent can't do much about it. Job opportunities are really bad in Florida.
I understand what you are saying, Imie Nazwisko. I definitely have solid talks with people before they sell their home up north to move down here. I have probably lost potential sales because I don't want someone to make these huge decisions without counting the cost. It is better to be disappointed now than to struggle to find a place to work and live. And yes.... as a Realtor, I am an independent contractor. I have a lot of fees/expenses/dues - and I don't make anything until I close on a property. It is all volunteer work until then. BUT - I love my job. I love to help people. I enjoy making these videos to help others. Thanks for watching! 😎🌴
From Scotland, been on vacation many times to Sarasota, Bradenton and Englewood. Usually in September, so get the rain and heat, just missed 2 hurricanes but was in Englewood for Hurricane Irma. But if I could afford it would move over anytime
Hi A Hagelin! It really depends on the water. I think if you are on the Bay (intercoastal) or the Gulf - not so much. If you have standing/stagnant water then that is where you will issues. There are canals behind some homes that are there more for water run off and kind of swampy - that is where you would have more problems with the insects. If you are on a wider canal (not a ditch) and the water is moving around more than I have never experienced or heard of others having issues. My parents and many friends/customers who are on "ponds" or "lakes" (retention ponds) and they don't experience problems either. Also, if you have a nice lanai or a cage over your pool, than you are rarely out where those little guys will get to you. The screens block most of that. If there is anyone else out there who has experienced something to the contrary - please jump into this conversation. 🌴
People here complain of boredom. Ya. the beach is great to see maybe once or twice but it isn't a life changing experience. Most people just stay home and watch TV. The summers are like being snowed in for 6 months. Everything is Bars and Restaurants and Shopping...that is it.
There is a lot of restaurants and shopping! Can't argue with that. I think the upside of being here is seeing the sun all year long. I just had people here from New York (in November) and they were so excited to see the sun. I think we get so used to it - so when I hear people ooohhhh and aaaahhhh over the sunshine, blue skies, green grass (or weeds in my yard), and all of the wild life - it is a good reminder of what we don't have to deal with. We can go shopping without wearing big, heavy coats. 😂😎🌴

@@stevewalther2293 I get it! I think after a while once people are living "regular" life and not "vacation" life, you just want "stuff" near you. Although we do have some great local restaurants, an Applebees gets the job done. If that makes sense. And YES, my friends, family and I totally embrace the cloudy days. It doesn't happen often. Especially all day long and not just the afternoon rain. Like I said above, sometimes a little change is nice. In the end, to each his own. That is why some people are good with living in Alaska. That is a hard pass from me. LOL

@@KobeMonster007 Come to Northwest Central Florida. No crime. I never lock my doors. No homeless. People are so kind. We get four seasons, much nicer than Sarasota and south. Where would the most affordable housing (and renting)? I'm debating on moving down the the area next year or in a couple years after finishing some college. Either way, I'm definitely moving down and I'm just looking around the area so I have an idea on what's available. I've heard Northport is the most affordable area in the Sarasota area so I've been looking around there.
Hi Brian! Yes, right now, generally speaking, North Port would be the most affordable. There are a mix of older homes and somewhat newer homes. Just have to be careful - many are on well and septic. Some people don't care for that. Right now, NEW construction in Parrish (in Manatee County, NE of Sarasota) has more affordable new homes. That area is really building up! In those new communities there will be HOA dues and often CDD fees. Not sure what CDD fees are? Watch episode 23.
Hi, i live in North Port and it's very nice here, with soooo much new construction and developments both residential and commercial, lots of room to grow, and it is the cheapest for sure and very safe.
@@bobbyatman273 that's one of the places I've looked at in that area. Definitely at the top of the list right now. I hope to visit sometime late summer/early fall to look around, if everything goes to plan
Thanks for the good comments Bobby and Brian. I am planning on doing a video about North Port in the next couple of weeks. I like the area. I have had friends live there when their kids were little and the town offers a lot to families. Thanks for watching! 🤓
You would have to call the town of North Port or go in there to find that out. I did have someone recently buy in NP and ends up they were limited on the size of shed they could put in the back yard. 😎🌴
@@jillwillsell I did, they are pretty vague about it, they do ask for "engineers plans" and keep on mentioning hurricanes as a reason, but gazebos (self built or from home depot do not come with it)
@@bobbyatman273 Oh, boy. That is a good one. Then I would suggest contacting an actual "shed" company that covers the area and pick their brains. The Buyers I mentioned bought a shed through a local company and they schooled them on what they could and could not do. I am not saying you have to buy the shed through them, but most companies are pretty good about educating folks. Just like I do with my videos. I don't always sell to everyone who calls me. If you want, I can get the name of the shed company these other folks used.
Do sellers in florida accept a sale contingency, putting in an offer when their existing home is in contract. Then proceeds from home will go towards down payment on new home?
In the Sarasota area, I would see this on occasion. It isn't very common. In todays market, it is happening evening less. Sellers are receiving multiple offers so they are typically choosing the offers with the fewest contingencies. Let me know if you have any other questions.
It’s not as bad as the Amazon jungle nor Australia outback. I’m looking forward to moving there in the future. I’ve been living in the Washington DC swamp; summertime is nasty here, not only the weather also the people.
Careful what you wish for. I have lived in both Sarasota and DC, and Sarasota is worse in terms of unrelenting heat and humidity, as well as nasty people (too many trucks with the Confederate flag hung in the back windows).
It is definitely a struggle for a lot of Buyers.... especially in the areas with a Sarasota address. I would recommend a couple of things - try North Port (still Sarasota County but farther south). The homes tend to be newer and for less money. Another option is new construction, especially in Parrish. If a Buyer qualifies, many of the new communities up there are eligible for a USDA loan which means 100% financing. If someone doesn't have a lot of cash, this is a good option. Plus, the house is brand new! You are not looking at replacing an AC or roof in the near future. But, you are right, the struggle is real!
Hi Jill I currently own a licensed bnb in Hawaii and we want to live in a RED not BLUER THAN BLUE state. Can you help us try to find a multi generational home near or on the beach that is fully upgraded that has attached or detached rental income potential. NO FIXER UPPERS. Thank you.
Thanks, I wouldn't call your comments bad things :). I live in NJ and you've peaked my interest as far a a place I may want to retire in the next two years.
No state income tax is not a bad thing! I lived in North Carolina for 16 years and you paid state and property taxes even on your personal vehicles and yes we have had hurricanes hit on their coast.
I would think no state income tax would be a PLUS to living there! I'm visiting next month and I really hate snakes - am I going to see them every day?!
No state income tax is a huge plus! I was trying to be more tongue-in-cheek. 😝 I go through waves of seeing snakes and not seeing them. Just last month there was one on my lanai. My friends' kids like to catch them. They are harmless, but they are around. Then in some of the new construction communities there could be more critters and different animals roaming because there homes have been destroyed. There could be snakes or even wild boars. I have some stories about those. Especially farther south. Most likely, you will never see a snake. Enjoy your time here and thanks for watching!!!
@Sarah Rai Just had ANOTHER snake on my lanai tonight. Waaaaahhhh!!!! It was a corn snake. Harmless, but I don't care. For some reason they come on my lanai. Usually, I can sweep them out the back door but for some reason tonight I couldn't deal with it. I was out late showing homes and I am too tired to deal with it. Dad to the rescue!!! My parents live on a lake (AKA retention pond) and they never see them.

The "real", Floridians? You mean the Seminole, Creeks, Cayuga and all the others that were murdered, raped and destroyed for centuries after white people arrived?
@@josephguastella8037 I will! It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the next year or two. I will say, in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, many purchases are paid in cash. For instance, in December of 2020, cash sales made up approximately 25-50% of the sales (varied by homes vs. condos and Sarasota vs Manatee counties). I say that to say, because of the higher number of cash sales, the number of homes that will go into foreclosure will be less in this area compared to other areas of the country or even the state of Florida. This area is a little more stable. It isn't perfect and I don't want to be overly optimistic but I think the cash purchases do help.

They have the potential to be dangerous, but it is NOT a common issue. You just have to respect them, not feed them, or allow children or small animals near bodies of water where they might be. If I saw one in my neighborhood, I would call animal control and they would re-home it. I have a friend with the police department in Charlotte County (to the south of us) and he has been called to Sarasota to help with removing them. It is very rare to hear that people have been hurt by a gator. I canoe in the Peace River with them. Lol!
@@beyondtwieve5180 Yes, I would say so. I have definitely still seen dead bugs in vacant condos so it doesn't mean that they won't be there. But they were DEAD. That is the good part. Typically, the association sprays for bugs on a monthly basis (usually part of your dues) so it keeps it under control. Plus, being off the ground helps too. Once when showing a condo that was pretty high up we saw a tiny lizard (gecko) in the bathroom. I was able to capture it and put it on the balcony, thinking I was doing something good for it. Within 30 seconds the poor thing jumped off the side. 😢 Poor little lizard.

To much hoopla in Fl Lived there 16 yrs. Hated it. Ppl drive like crazy nuts and the state is backwards The medical field is a horror to. With all the seniors you would think better health care would exist. Misquotes are huge. Welts like egg from bites. Some winters were cold and you do need a coat at times but does not last. The humidity in summer with rain is a horror. Hardly ever out june thru sept. Dripping in sweat.
Well, you should move to Sarasota if you are older than 60! This place is a cemetery after 9:00 PM. If you are a party person you'll have to go to Tampa which is an hour away! Also, Sarasota is an OVERPRICE place. Most of the houses here were built during the 70s and 80s and owners want to sell them like they are brand new!
Haha! I hear ya! I do NOT like the snakes at all. Thankfully, my Carly (dog) alerts me. The other critters don't bother me as much. :-) Thanks for watching!
Wow! Good question. Honestly, I don't know. I know WAAAAY back in the day, people moved here for health reasons but I think it had more to do with getting out of the cold weather. I know of people who live here and still have issues with allergies, fibromyalgia, etc. My sinsuses drive me batty at times and there is almost always something in bloom. Maybe these issues aren't as bad for people compared to other parts of the States, but I cannot say for certain. Thanks for watching!!!
You forgot two things…. 1. It’s illegal to catch rain water (bty they have the nastiest pipe water…nearly killed my animals), 2. The constant threat and harassment of hurricanes allllllll summer long. Also summer there is about 6 months long. The outside stuff has to come inside. In and out, in and out…,to infinity!
Every system has their issues. Take a twist week vacation and explore. Yes Florida is the capital of World and gators, racoons. foxes, reptiles. Orher states have their criteria issues..Boston we have critters, bugs, racoons, and Blizzards.
I have swam, skied, fished, and kayaked in Texas bayous for years and no issues with gators. It’s the shoreline areas you need to be careful about if they’re close. You learn to just be mindful but they spook easily too, esp if there’s a lot of traffic.
Remember that the alligators were here way before we were here. Until the population growth slows down or the government puts a stop to allowing companies build these multi family homes and taking the widelifes habitat.
Haha! I understand. I honestly, I had never seen an alligator just roaming around UNTIL last Friday. I pulled through the gate of golf course community to show a condo and a toddler gator cut across the road. I ALMOST ran it over because the road was dark and we were under trees so it blended into the road. 😱 Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a picture. Gators are pretty common on golf courses. If you want to move to Florida, I wouldn't let the fear of alligators stop you. Thanks so much for watching!

It's due to a few things #1 is the freedom of information act on police records. They are available to anyone at any time. Most other states don't allow such freedom of this information. #2 and the biggest reason Florida is termed a transit state, something on the order of 50k a year people move in and out of the state. They have a huge number of HOMLESS that live off the grid in abandoned homes (that's right abandoned) ,, and let's not forget Florida is a gateway for drugs entering the US. It's not unusual to here of multi-million drug busts. #3 so do your homework, there are nice safe neighborhoods but there Expensive. Sure you can get a home cheap here, but there's a reason there cheap. By the way I live in Weston Florida myself, nice area
I am scared of snake, alligator and hurricane and heavy humidity. I moved to Maui from CA five years ago. There is no snake or alligator and hurricane. However, we do have centipede and bugs, we raised chickens, they cleared those bugs. We have flash floods sometimes with extreme heavy rainfalls. The climate in Maui is fantastic. The average 80s degree is year round! The property tax is the lowest in the nation. Downsides are tax on foods and homes are expensive.

Thank you for this. I moved down from Maryland 2 years ago it was best decision I ever made. 10 minutes from the gulf!
Enjoy..It was beautiful back in the 80s 90s

Most of the transplants here are sadly from the fkg midwest.
North FL panhandle.

Would you agree that there is a homeless epidemic in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area?
Bradenton for sure
I live in Sarasota and the best site you will see is a Canadian going home with a northern under each wing 😀

You didn't mention about the flooding problems and what areas that occurs in
Now with all the New Yorkers in Sarasota---with their nasty attitudes.. the late night parties and their friends parking in neighbors" parking lots.
They are moving to Spring Hill in droves too! They are parasites! Everything you said and more! I'm saying this being an ex New Yorker from the Bronx! Down here since 89'. I don't think anyone would really understand unless they've been living in Florida a long time.
I hate the humidity .
I hear ya! It can be brutal. But then I go up north in the freezing rain for a few days and then I make peace with it for a while. 🤣
This is so helpful. I never knew there is no winter in Florida.
There are no seasons. There is hot and hotter. I lived in SW Florida for 25 yrs.
The summers are aweful...its like getting snowed in for 6 months. The heat can be overwhelming. So overwhelming that people leave their million dollar homes for relief.
Never knew there was no winter in Florida? Where have you been living? With your head in the sand?
I thank you for this. It's helped me decide that FL isn't for me, lol.
Lol!

They do fly short distances

A news report from a Miami station yesterday says rents are up over 35% from last year. It will get worse.

Big problem with Sarasota is there really isn’t much to do if you’re under the age of 30 unless you’re a beach person which gets old in a hurry.
LOL!
⭐⭐⭐ Is there anyone else watching who would like to add any other insight on what Sarasota does or doesn't offer to those under 30?
I totally disagree. There’s tons of stuff to do in Sarasota and your super close to St Pete and Tampa. As far as I’m aware it’s also one of the safest parts of Florida.
It's worse in Venice.
@@scrillathekid5562 just bars and Restaurants and retired people.
Snowbirds ruining the place. That's the worst.
We definitely get a LOT of snow birds. They lend to the extra traffic and long lines. BUT they are part of the reason why we don't have state income tax.
Due to hurricanes, and the astronomical cost of homes, Florida would be a non-starter for most people.
And all the crazy people and crazy things all happen in Floridah!!

So if your living anywhere by the waterfront or on the waterfront are you eaten by mosquitoes and no-seeums?
@@jillwillsell you can go to Applebees in South Dakota as well...they also have shopping malls in Kansas...wow!!! People stay inside to escape the bilnding hot sun....lol....
@@stevewalther2293 Some definitely do work to escape the sun. It seems like many people are looking for change. Hot to cold. Cold to hot. I was excited when we had gray skies for a couple of days.

@@jillwillsell thanks for the info! I'll check those places out

I still can’t understand can I build a gazebo in my back yard in north port or I need a permit and engineers plans!

Summers are compared to the Amazon or Africa....seriously.
Careful what you wish for. I have lived in both Sarasota and DC, and Sarasota is worse in terms of unrelenting heat and humidity, as well as nasty people (too many trucks with the Confederate flag hung in the back windows).
No affordable housing here in Sarasota
It is definitely a struggle for a lot of Buyers.... especially in the areas with a Sarasota address. I would recommend a couple of things - try North Port (still Sarasota County but farther south). The homes tend to be newer and for less money. Another option is new construction, especially in Parrish. If a Buyer qualifies, many of the new communities up there are eligible for a USDA loan which means 100% financing. If someone doesn't have a lot of cash, this is a good option. Plus, the house is brand new! You are not looking at replacing an AC or roof in the near future. But, you are right, the struggle is real!
I appreciate you watching! 😀

I go through waves of seeing snakes and not seeing them.
I loved in a neighboring county to Sarasota that was more rural and saw one harmless snake in 4 years. Don’t worry you’ll love Florida.

@@jillwillsell let me know when the forbearance ones flood the market ...

Are alligators not a danger being everywhere even in neighborhoods?
They have the potential to be dangerous, but it is NOT a common issue. You just have to respect them, not feed them, or allow children or small animals near bodies of water where they might be. If I saw one in my neighborhood, I would call animal control and they would re-home it. I have a friend with the police department in Charlotte County (to the south of us) and he has been called to Sarasota to help with removing them. It is very rare to hear that people have been hurt by a gator. I canoe in the Peace River with them. Lol!
@@jillwillsell do the high raised buildings have less bugs than ranch houses?

When people come down and ask what are the biggest industries/occupations here I definitely include these... and a few more. But, I do like the roundabouts. Just not the one at Venice Ave and Jacaranda. 🤪 Thanks for watching!!
It's terrible in the summer
Why does every news story about crazy, unhinged or wacky behavior start with "Florida man"? That is my biggest concern with living in Florida, too many crazies.
🤪 I understand! I felt the same way before I moved here. And that was pre-internet! Lol! Not so bad once you are here. Lol!
Thanks for the comment. Made me laugh.
@@SuperMassman My sister lived in Weston, nice area sadly though the neighbors were on top of each other
I am scared of snake, alligator and hurricane and heavy humidity.
That's not a palmetto bug that's an American roach please google , and if YOU have them that's because you might need to do some good cleaning...
Palmetto bug sounds so much fancier than cockroach
Yes! Palmetto bug sounds like a tropical insect. Cockroach sounds dirty. LOL!
Yeah sun year round except for Hurricanes and boundless thunderstorms!!!!
Is Sarasota conservative? We are coming from the west coast w cash. What are home prices close to beach like?
Hi Cheryl! Great questions. Is it conservative? It depends on who you talk to... LOL! I think it used to be more conservative, but maybe now a little bit less. I would say there is a balance. If any passionate locals see my comment here, if they are more liberal they will say it is too conservative. If they are conservative they will say it isn't conservative enough. 😂
Prices close to the beach - it is hard to answer without more information. Condo or home? How many bedrooms? How close is close? Everyone's definition is different. Some mean they want to walk to the beach. Others mean a 15 minute drive. If you would, shoot me an email at jill@jillwillsell.com and fill me in a bit more about what you have in mind and I can answer you a lot better.
Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to ask questions - even though I probably wasn't as thorough as you would have liked. 😀
Yes, it is politically conservative. I lived in Sarasota for eight years and still have friends who reside there. It is resoundingly Republican and it is usual to see pickup trucks with the confederate flag in the window. When I lived there, 30,000 votes mysteriously "disappeared" from the City of Sarasota (as opposed to Sarasota County, which is "whiter").
My buddy's and I have been buying up half million dollar properties in 34237 and turning them into airbnbs. They are cash cows!
Middle class obliterated!!!! Too much traffic!!! Too expensive!!! Everyone struggling financially!! Take $2.000,000 down and you will be o k!!!
