Gulf Gate is deed restricted and AirBnb is not allowed, they do enforce that , which makes it desirable for people who live there. The gulf date retail area is a gem.

Thanks for watching Becky. I love those homes as well. We do not have very many homes like that in our area. The neighborhood with the most would be West of Trail.
We are deciding between Naples and Sarasota but we definitely looking into landscaping areas, like able to find 2-5 acres to build a new house to raise animals and stay away from busy traffics etc..
On Siesta Key, starting at point of rocks road south, goes under water when the gulf has a hurricane. You have public beach access but the hotel owners have lobbied and have blocked all public parking close to the access points.
Neighborhoods you mentioned here such as Bayfront, southside is nice, but it is located in flood zone and homeowner insurance is very high, another the school district there is not the best in town, the area with best school district and not in the flood zone is Palmer Ranch area in Sarasota, we live there.
How about show us the bay front or beach front homes or the area, thank you for sharing your knowledge which is very helpful. Looking forward to more of your videos.
Area is beautiful and enjoy your channel. You do a good presentation and provide helpful information. We are snowbirds and the villa townhouse appeals to us over condos. These prices are high, understand why. Any Communities in $300’s range for townhomes? Tks
The downtown area is amazing. Many people love that area. It is a mix of classic older neighborhoods and also lots of condo's. It is pricey but worth it for so many.

I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.

🤣I would love to say yes, unfortunately, it is located right on Tamiami Trail and that is quite a busy area.
What about Northport neighbourhood
North Port is a much quieter town than Sarasota and affordable. Smaller homes and it feels a bit more local in nature.
I'm staying away from condos . Too many rules, restrictions and policies
You just want somebody to spend a hell of a lot of money there’s a lot of nicer areas in Sarasota than what you’re talking about
