    Torque Settings are as follows as per FORD ETIS IDS:
    Camshaft Sprocket Bolts: 33Nm
    Diesel Pump Sprocket Bolts: 32Nm
    Timing Chain Tensioner Bolts: 15Nm
    Chain Guides Bolts : 15Nm applies to all 4 guides

    Добрый день! Подскажите, у меня Форд Транзит 2018 задний привод 2.2 155лс. При попытки замены масла через шуп, трубка во что то упирается и если с силой её пропихивать «туда-сюда», то она проходит дальше в поддон. Вопрос: что мешается?

    Hi, thanks for posting such a helpful video in English most of them are in the Russian language helpful in a visual way but can not understand what's being said... Anyway, I have Ford transit mk7 2.4 2006 it cut out while I left it idling on the driving then It would not start after that, it was just cranking. I opened the front end everything was intact no broken chain all the guides and tensioner in place but I realised the chain was a bit slack moving with a finger which made me think the timing could have jumped out. I put 2 bolts on the crankshaft pulley and rotate with a big long screwdriver but I realised the timing marks on the chain are out of sync with arrows on the camshafts, diesel pump and also the camshafts are out of sync as well in respect to the locking holes were you insert drill bits for setting the timing.

    Hi mate. I'm currently doing the same job on a london taxi that has the same 2.4 transit engine as shown on the video. Just a quick question when taking the old chain off do the gold links have to be lined up with the mark on the cams and pump. I know when putting the new chain on the marks need to be lined up however on mine i'm trying to take off the old chain and with the locking tool in the crankshaft sensor hole and drill bits in the cams and pump the gold links on the old chain don't line up. Does this matter for taking the old chain off ?

    Hi, Really good video, my problem is that I took the chain off and while putting back camshaft sprocket it has slip clockwise, how do I now get the sprocket turned clockwise back to the right place without chain on without doing any damage?

    Hey mate !! Need urgent help . So car has been going in to limp mode and throwing Camshaft code , after messing round finally took timing cover to discover once crankshaft is locked the cams are actually out of time and you cannot put your 6mm drill bits through . Now what would

    These have adjustable sprockets on the fuel pump, int and exh Cam sprockets. When replacing sprockets is it necessary to get these timed up exactly? Thanks.

    Supposing you have to reset your diesel fuel pump...how does one do it
