Kaeya is the best 4 star in the entire game. I have him at c6 as a f2p(spent like 4 months pulling on the standard character) and he is super good. He can use his ult all the time and works thery well with characters like shenhe, kokomi, kazuha and chongyun
Don't think he's the best 4* because Xiangling exists and she's just too broken, but at c6 he's definitely one of the best 4 stars tbh specially if you get him a grouper
You main her as well? I mained her back in March when I got her because she was my favorite and still remains a part of my team. It's sad to see people not using her anymore.
Four stars are underestimated now tbh. I feel like if they aren’t a “meta” support they are typically ruled out as being useful in abyss. But I think it’s just important to play who you like, who cares about abyss stars. 🤷🏻♀️
I use 4 stars on the overworld, but as a f2p who lags way too much I use 5 stars for time efficiency since Im lagging and won't know what I'm doing half of the time anyway

As a Noelle main I'm so happy to hear you standing up for people that chose to build 4 stars! It takes a lot more work to get a higher damage output but boy does it feel good to impress others in co-op 🥰
I’m ar59 and I’ve been maining amber since day one and you are completely right about the view of maining a 4 star, it’s so much more difficult to build them but it’s so great investing time and seeing improvement :)

I've been using only 4 stars to 36 star abyss since around 2.6, it's really satisfying. I stopped farming artifacts and started building many of my unused 4 stars. It's like I got all these new characters, it was really fun building them and playing new team comps. Since Dendro came out, I've started adding Dendro MC, which I don't consider a 5 star. Current Abyss teams I used: Side 1: Bennett, Xiangling, Xq, Heizou OR Rosaria, Kaeya, Xq, Sucrose Side 2: Fischl, DMC, Sucrose, Barbara OR Fischl, DMC Beidou, Heizou Good times!

God seeing this is bring out so much traumatic memories from my early days of playing this game. Looking at where I am now (genshin wise), I can say that I have came a very long way and I will be grateful for the painful memories I had to go through to reach where I am now.
i always use only my 4-stars and floors 9-11 are doable to me. its just floor 12 is getting ridiculously difficult every patch,,,,, they just made this floor designed to be cleaned only using current 5* character :( now i had to use my venti to at least have a chance to finish it,, not even thinking about getting 9 stars lol
Honestly this spiral abyss is the easiest clear for me. I was able to try teams I don't usually do like a hyperbloom team with Collei, Kuki, Barbara and dendro MC. It isn't a fast clear but its pretty fun. I was even surprised with how fast I cleared floor 12 with mono geo and Kaeya perma freeze with ganyu in 4pc noblesse. I learn from the best
Yeah... I remember that Abyss 12 with the 2 Ruin Guards at the end with the ground waves. I think that was the first time I finished Abyss 12 (with like 3 stars I think).

9, 5 star characters (+1 if you count Diluc constellation) Non-whale, low spender (really only ever Welkin, if necessary then $30 or below spent) Razor, who was my first (pulled) character, is one of my mains to this day, even after having characters people would want
3:31 my 4star Lisa was more potential for tower 12 than my also lv90 Diluk with a Wolfs grave stone (thy both crowned mainds) for power, ult and combo I picked Lisa over such Diluk. Few 4 stars are grate but some are.

As an f2p who took some time off the game (about two years) I am ar 35 and have two five stars; Kequing and Zhongli I can't even get past chamber three even though i've been playing since launch 😅
Raised kuki the first day she was available, never regretted it one bit, I know she has potential and now with dendro, she got the recognition she deserved! ❤
With only 4 stars team I personally think it requires more team synergy rather than having one character as a hypercarry, because by design they have lower base stats and multiplier so their strength is on the team synergy (usually build around strong elemental reaction). I have melt team with kaeya, rosaria, xiangling, and bennet and I can get full star on floor 12 last rotation. Burgeon thoma with xq, sucrose/collei, and traveler can get the job done as well, honorable mention sucrose taser team. Huh whats that, traveler is not a 4 star? :/
I saw your thumbnail and decided to do it myself, without retries i got 31☆(usually36) but i also did not bother with stealing my best artifacts and weapons from characters that i use even if 4☆ could benefit from it, and i dont have heidzo and he could really help

I love playing four stars but at the same time I don’t think I’d be able to do spiral without Zhongli and Raiden 😭
Noelle and I think Raiden can be substituted for Fishl with energy recharge.
