The point of this challenge is to showcase underrated 4* characters and that you can play the game with any character! For the first episode we are trying to roll for as many 4-stars as possible...
RULES:
- Four Star characters/weapons only unless forced to otherwise
- No major glitches
- Wish on any event banner
- Five Star Artifacts allowed
- Beat Spiral Abyss 12-3 to win - any stars
- Spiral Abyss teams cannot have Bennett, Xingqiu and Xiangling together (National Team) in order to play with more underrated characters

15:32 you can tell if you get a 4 star or 5 star in a wish by the color of the meteors when you wish, if it's purple you're getting a 4 star, if it's shiny golden you're getting a 5 star

as a tighnari main I was in complete shock.
honestly, heizou and yanfei being b and c tier is absolutely vile.
they are literally some of the best four star dps’s in the game, being on par and sometimes better then some five stars. and of course, it is much easier to get cons for four stars, but even at c0 they can do quite big damage.
i have a fully built heizou at lvl 90. he can hit over 180k with the right four star supports. even with a, let’s be honest, very copium build, he hits around 70k without any buffs or supports. even without swirl, he’s really good.
i can’t personally say anything about yanfei, as I haven’t built her as a dps (tankfei ftw), but i heard she’s amazing. and so is kaeya, apparently.
Fr heizou is so bbg, I love him. I'm currently working on building him.

This was a great video! Honestly the chill-vibe, calm, long-form challenge content is something I really enjoy and is much needed in the sea of really hyper, lowkey annoying overedited stuff so I'm really glad the channel was recommended to me.

I think that most of the 5-star characters in this game are amazing, and they're fun to use. And they're undeniably more powerful than the majority of 4-star characters, with a few very broken exceptions that can keep up despite the difference in rarity. It's natural that as an account progresses, the weaker characters will be switched to more powerful ones, usually 5 stars.
BUT... it is a massive shame at the same time. Some of the most interesting and fun abilities are in the kits of 4-star characters. Not to mention how well they're designed, with great voice acting and high-quality idles. And you don't even get to see them most of the time. Likely not on your own account, and not on the challenge runs besides the starting out episodes. Eventually everything ends up being the samey, with pretty much everyone using the same few characters of each element.
That's why I'm so excited for this!! I can't wait to see the 4-stars being used, especially those who rarely see any usage, and seeing how far they can get on their own!
Edit: I picked "we're friends". I deeply regret it by now.

I really wanna build kaeya on my main account for a freeze team with ganyu but I'm still trying to build so many other characters lol

ps - being forced to use Traveller won't spoil the idea.
pps - it's fair to say Paimon is emergency food cos, for sure, Traveller is Paimon's emergency food.
ppps - i found Amber's Baron Bunny invaluable - it's a decoy who distracts the mob and gives me time to gather my witse (i'm a lazy player)
National team can brute force through almost everything and is an easy cheatcode for f2p/4* only challenges. Banning it allows for more team variety in a challenge that would otherwise make the player bring national everywhere
@@caveats maybe there ought to be a rule that none of the 4 stars can have higher level than the max enemy level of the world level.

i played an account until ar35 with only four stars. i got all the meta fourstars really early and played fischl as my dps. very fun when your main is only 5 stars

I like the fact that you are doing this challenge. 4 stars are underrate. There are a lot of character that will be good with only 4 stars. If you every need help with building teams. there are a lot of people that would like to help you. I am one of them. Love your idea.

Rosaria and XL are one of the best duos in the game! both of their elemental bursts don't have an ICD, and Melt damage is absolutely insane. And it doesn't require Xingqiu :D

I started relatively recently, and because of my luck haven't gotten a 5 Star yet. It gives me an appreciation for the 4 Stars I do have and lets me learn how to use what I have to get through the content. I'm sure my luck will eventually turn and present me with a 5 Star, but until then I am happy with Benny and Company.

whoever says heizou is bad also hyperoptimizes to an unhealthy point. he's really good, others are just better. he's still really good. I clear abyss with him as my main dps no problem.
Stat wise the traveler is actually similar to most four stars compared to most five stars
at the beginning with the slimes, you could've avoided fighting with lumine! as long as you use your skill/burst, it'll work, it doesn't have to hit the slimes!

I really like this idea, but for it to be fair you can't be using kuki shinobu hyperbloom team as well, since it's as or stronger than national teams

I feel I am so unlucky, I cant even pull one xingqiu and I am AR 50.
i prefer hhe 4 stars to the 5 stars. My star is C6 Fischl. My other favourites are Ninguang and Sucrose. I very rarely pull on hhe banners. As a result ive collected about 380 wishes even tho i'm a free player. I suppose it helps that i'm not interested in the Spiral Abyss.
Sure I'm not that great at build because I don't play everyday and I'm f2p. But my Heizou, Kaeya and Ningguan are as good as my Xiao or Kazuha. If not even better
