    The Cocktails
    Gin & Pink Tonic
    2 shots Gin of your choice
    Top with Schweppes pink tonic water
    Lots of ice
    Garnish with a wedge of lime and dehydrated strawberry slices
    Tall glass
    Mezcal Negroni
    1 shot Mezcal
    1 shot Campari
    1 shot sweet Vermouth
    Stir with ice for about 25 seconds
    Strain into old fashioned or short glass with fresh ice
    Garnish with Orange peel
    short glass
    Espressos Martini (my way)
    1 1/2 shot Kraken Rum
    1/2 shot Coffee Liqueur
    2 shot espresso strength coffee
    1/2 sht sugar syrup
    Shake with ice fo 10 second and strain into chilled martini/cocktail glass
    Garnish with 3 coffee beans

    Love this working flairs! Very practical to do behind the bar. Although the knife flair is a bit sketchy in my opinion. Haha 😁🤙

      Knife flair is one of those items, that is very rarely touched or used because its a bloody knife, hahahaha, but having one or two moves up your sleeve is always good. 🙃

    Glass slide between your fingers is new for me, I tried it with a meassure spoon 2 sugar pour for my morning tea. Nice and fresh change in habbits

    Wow!!This is a great video.I especially like some of the moves, like 5:53 11:25 11:55 13:50 14:35, They are simple, but very visually striking.(I might have to break a few more glasses to practice the 5:53)

      For now plastic. I don't make the ice tray. I get from a supplier.
      I do plan on getting a silicone one eventually but it will take many months until it will be ready.
