At first behind the back same hand was so hard and tricky but practice makes perfect and now i was trying behind the back hellicopter same hand

You can do it! It does get easier over time and once you get past a certain point, learning new moves becomes easier.

I struggle so much with the flat behind the back :( such a simple move but still i cant figure out how to throw it FLAT even if i push with my fingers it still rotates..any advice?
Hold by the middle of the bottle, with a bottle half full.
Throw UP instead of backwards.
