Planters Punch Recipe
50ml Dark Rum
40ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Orange Juice
10ml Damerera Sugar Syrup
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
5ml Grenadine Syrup - ODK Grenadine Syrup - www.odkmixers.co.uk
Method: Shake with ice and strain onto fresh ice
Garnish: Orange slice, pineapple leaf and mint sprig
Glass: Hurricane glass
How we doing guys and girls, my name is Tom Dyer and today’s video is all about cocktails and flair. If you like this video stick around until the end and I’m gonna give you somer more information of where you can find more videos of cocktails being made, so you can make them at home and try them out for yourself. I know some people struggle when trying to use flair behind the bar. It is very daunting when all these people are looking at you and you’re trying to make a cocktail and you want to do a flair move but you’re really nervous. Well, I’mm gonna tell you a little secret, you have to get over it. You have to just go for it, practice those moves before you get behind the bar and try it out for yourself. At some point flairing behind the bar, you will make mistakes, but you just have to try it out and the more you do the better you will become. I am making a planters punch cocktail in this video
There are 5 moves I am teaching in this video. The Tiki Slide, Jason to Stall, Jigger Step, Double palm spin & Tin Pass Over. There are some other moves that I show that you can also try for yourself, but let me know how you get on and if you have any questions, whack it in the comments box below.

I am working in a nice bar but little bit stiff if you know what I mean. Suits while working and stuff like this. I would love to implement some flair and I think this is a perfect example how do to it! (Maybe without drinking from tin 😆)

HI Raxi, yes I would recommend the working flair course. You get to practice the moves in a safe environment and learn some of the tricks to do it safely and with confidence.
