Hi there, my name is Eero Westerberg and I am the head coach of VAHVA Fitness. My specialty lies in mixing the Western and Eastern knowledge of health and fitness together into a combination that actually works, is proven and produces real tangible results.
I developed my methods by studying health & wellness and strength & conditioning for over a decade and by working as a professional in the field for over 6 years. Together with my training partner Samuli, we also traveled the world for over 4 years researching different ancient methods of strengthening and taking care of the human body.
Our programs and courses are well praised and endorsed by countless personal trainers, teachers and coaches, PhDs in physical therapy, physiotherapists, martial artists, recreational and professional athletes and many others just to name a few.
Although our training goes deeper than the surface and offers unique ways of developing the body and realizing one's potential, we also have complete beginners starting out with our methods.
It doesn't matter whether you are in the beginning or at advanced stages in your physical journey, sky is the limit for all of us and we all want to look better, feel better and most importantly move better.

Wow that’s in another level. Such agility and strength. Nothing but admiration while watching him flow.
I’ve just started too, play with animal flow. It’s so hard, but feels so good. 🕺🏽

Those are really tough movements !! I can see people copying in a general way but his legs and core are very strong. I can't imagine trying to do any of them for a full minute, talk about a burn.

Yes, many of these movements are equivalent of doing heavy bench press or one arm push ups (actually more difficult than 1 arm push ups)

Have just started trying to do these movements and am going to take it slowly by just practicing one exercise at a time and not do the next movement until i am fluent in the currant one that I'm practicing. So with the first exercise you have shown, in practicing I'm finding it hurts my right shoulder in the joint any recommendations here would be appreciated.
Should maybe mention I'm 52 years but have done years of weight training and since covid i now do mostly body weight exercises and band training but i have realized my joints and spine could be alot more limber and flexible and these movements are exactly what i need and i would love to be able to do them.

Take your time, this animal flow he’s doing is extremely advance. Look at doing beginners flow. So your body can adjust too such extreme angles and pressure.

species spent billions of years becoming man.
only to realise that.. it's in their interest to continue the practice of being animal atleast for a few hours everyday.
