Treatment for Medial Epicondylitis/Golfer’s Elbow

Golfer’s Elbow or medial epicondylitis typically experiences pain when they bend the wrist toward the forearm.
Often referred to as golfer’s elbow, this condition may affect anyone who performs an activity that puts a continual strain on the wrist and forearm.
There is no fast cure for medial epicondylitis. The primary treatment is physical therapy, which may take time to lead to improvement in symptoms.
Treatment for medial epicondylitis includes stopping the activity that produces the symptoms. It is important to stop doing the movement that caused the condition in the first place. Treatment may include:
Ice packs to reduce inflammation
Strengthening exercises
Anti-inflammatory medicine
Bracing
Physical therapy
Corticosteroid injections

Hi po doc nag try po ako dun sa previous video nyo yung po vertigo bppv sinubukan ko yung sa right and left side po pero nung mag sa side na po ako pareho po may naramdaman ako para po lumilindol ng konti hehehe, alin po ba yung may problema nun doc yung sa right po ba o sa left po doc? Doc, kindly discuss different kinds of cushions to prevent pressure sores for bedridden patients and those who are seated all the time. Which is the best and practical and affordable too but effective. I have a cousin who is disabled. He developed preesure sore in the buttocks area, hindi na napansin because wala naman daw syang naramdamang pain ( numb) and he gained weight too. Thanks
