Steamed Bun with Sausage Taco / Banh Bao Cowboy (English sub)

Hi there! I'm totally having fun with this semi-homemade dish and it's just perfect to serve on game days. Take your store-bought steamed buns and cook up some "lean" sausages and all is left is warming up some spicy BBQ sauce to eat it with! I know you'll love it.
