Asian Red Chicken Taco (CharSiu/XaXiu) /Taco Ga Nuong (Vietnamese)

Hi everyone! I'm making tacos today but it's with a twist, in that I'm stuffing the tacos with some moist and delicious oven roast Asian-red chicken. You can't go wrong with tacos with roast chicken. Enjoy! xo, Cathy
RECIPE for 4 servings
1 package of NOH Chinese BBQ marinade, red envelop
2 lbs of chicken quarters or your choice of cut
1/2 cup of soy sauce
5-6 cloves of garlic, rough chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
