Thank you for this! My son has high functioning autism and screamed anytime we went to get his hair cut. I started doing it, and he enjoys it. Now he is almost 9 and wants more "complex" haircuts like long top and short base, and these are so helpful! Thank you ❤
Im glad they help and happy to hear your son is more settled now

He does not blink. He is an alien.
Getting a lot out of your tutorials, they are really well done.
If you ever had time, I’d love to know how to cut a short back and sides with long styled pompadour on top.
Would save me a fortune
thank you, yes I could do something like that. I will keep my eye out for a good model
That is a very neat and refined cut
Thank you 🙏
Nice! Great tutorial.
Thank you 🙏
Could you do a video on how to do the extraction haircut that chris hemsworth has? seems like an easier self haircut that's quite clean
Great suggestion!
@@theoneminutebarber thanks! Hope to see it soon, I'd defiantly try it myself
Love it❤
Muchas gracias amigo...Deseo hayas tenido una bonita Navidad con las personas de tu afecto. Un fuerte abrazo y mis mejores deseos para el 2024.
Muchas Gracias Matiana y tu también un navidad bien.
Hey love your videos! Any chance you could do a connected slick back. Would be awesome as I imagine you would explain the steps very well!
Great suggestion! I’m sure I can find someone for that.
Your graphics really are top.
Thanks. I've learnt so much from you.
Can you recommend an open razor or blade please? Is there much difference between the two?
The best blades are pretty much accepted as perma sharp. I buy packs o them and use an exposed blade shavette. I got this one from elevate grooming. I like that the blade is a little more pronounced for visibility
@@theoneminutebarber Thanks for that. I wasn't really interested in shaving but hey, I'm feeling confident. Don't suppose there is any chance of a tutorial video, is there? You might be as well to give a shout out for the cleansing balm for nicks.
lucky customer is beautiful
i agree
Keren bossku..👍
Love your tutorials with easy visuall lines to understand how to arrange the hair. Can you make one on how to maintain LONG HAIRCUT FOR TEEN BOYS aka young adults who are subborn and silly? My son looks like a sheppard dog but refuse to shorten his hair for more than an inch. Thank you.
I have a few scissor cutting tutorials that might be worth a look??
Love your channel very much, I'm from Indonesia 🇲🇨 and I learn at your udemy too, 5 days ago i've put one complicated question (at least for me) on udemy, I hope u can answer it for me so I can improving my fade ☺
I will go to udemy and check,
Hi, it seems to me that every barber has their own method, or adaptation, for someone like me trying to learn it can start to become rather confusing. Your method obviously works very well, but I guess what I'm trying to ask is - is there an "industry standard way" to perform each haircut? I am getting a bit frustrated because I just want to learn, but everyone teaches in a different way. Thank you for the videos.
That’s a great question. There is no set way to cut hair. I say this all the time, the main thing is that when you look at a haircut you can create a plan in your head for how you want to cut it, and just stick to it. Looking at what I do and what other barbers do is really beneficial as you will have a broader range of approaches to choose from.
Over the last 20 or so years I’ve adapted the way I cut many times and can also cut the same as many other barbers. Through repetition you will just select your favoured way for each cut.
Hi could you please do a tutorial with thick and curly hair? They're a little hard to work with!!
I want to learn to cut hair❤
I hope the videos help, I have a lot of content that will help you on here
Superb
Thanks 🤗

I bought the Suprent Zeus clippers because of the USB-C connector. Otherwise I would have chosen the Obsidian model for its more classic shape. Either way, they work well and I prefer them to my Wahl Magic Clip.
Good choice though. I really find the magic clip disappointing. I have two of them and the battery is pretty hopeless.
Hi again, so why did this haircut not require vertical sections to connect the perietal ridge? I noticed you went straight to shear over comb
I didn’t remove much from the top and removed nothing from the crown. If the hair is too long I will pick up vertical sections with my fingers but at the length here it’s totally fine to go in just scissor over comb
Hello! May i know the difference between a closed and an opened lever? Thank you :)
When you push the lever down that is known as the open position and adds 1.5mm to the length of the

So I cut my own hair similarly to shown here... short sides, mid length on top(been practicing for about a year and getting decent). The Wahl clippers I use are maybe too big for my head and looking for a smaller pair like you're using for better shape and precision. Suprent Black Obsidian is what you're using? Great. Ordering a set. Is there any straight razor You recommend? I use one to line out my neck/beard line etc. Also awesome video, very helpful and appreciated!
Thanks Mike, yes it is the black obsidian, for the razor I will use any shavette handle but always use perma sharp blades.
@@theoneminutebarber Thanks for the reply. Bought a Suprent Zeus and I'm already seeing the improvement in how precise I can blend. Loving it. Question - what's the point of the 2 different speed settings on the main clipper? Does clipper speed even matter? New to this stuff, appreciate any insight you can give here.
I think the speed settings are for different hair types. Thick and dense hair vs fine and thin hair. I would slow it down for thick dense hair.
That said I’ve literally never used that feature
Who did you recruit for the camera work? I just did one of these cuts Xmas eve; I need one of those combs with the hook!
I’ve had this comb for a while. YS park have quite a good range of combs with a hook. It does help as you can gather more hair
@@theoneminutebarber rare as chicken teeth, at least in the beauty supply stores I've checked. I guess Amaz*n is always an option
Amazon is where I tend to get a lot of equipment now. Well spotted on the camera man. That is Matty, he is a professional camera man.
the customer looks so beautiful, where is he from
Scottish/italian I believe.
I noticed you didn’t show what you did with the crown?
I know other than combing it in the right direction I didn’t elaborate too much. I will try and use this model again specifically for a double crown video.
@@theoneminutebarber thanks my man!
Why don't u use the tpob clipper
This video is sponsored by Suprent they sent me out this clipper specifically for this video. Nothing wrong at all with TPOB
hey remember me?
Hey Yousuf yes 👋
