Dennis- thanks so much for putting this video together - very helpful- saved me tons of aggravation and several bucks! In the first video I viewed, the guy removed the whole bumper off the front of the vehicle, which of course is totally unnecessary. It irritates me that GM was OK with making it such a pain in the neck to change a headlamp & foglamp, and that I was likely going to have to take it to a shop - to change a headlamp? C'mon! Anyway, really nice job on this video- it gets right to the point and contains all the necessary info/steps. Thank you!
Thanks SO much for pointing out the removal of the two upper push pins and not just the T20 screws. Every other video I have watched demonstrated people attempting to video their work while struggling to open the inner shield wide enough to get a clear view of the workspace. Made my life A LOT easier when replacing the bulbs on my wife's Acadia. Great Job!
This was my dad’s vehicle and he said it’s night and day difference from what was in there originally. He asked me to help make them brighter, and this definitely worked beyond his expectations.
Changed mine out on a 2014 Acadia, now the switch doesn't work in the auto position and I have to have the switch in the on position for headlights to be on. Any suggestions?
So does it matter on the Acadia if the LED is not facing the 9 and 3 oclock position inside the the housing? From the look of the video it appears the LEDs are facing 10 and 4 oclock.

Thanks for watching! Why struggle right? Lol only two extra fasteners to make it easier to get in there. That’s why I made the video
Nice vidéo. So i m french excuse my english, but i need to know if i can change "running Light " on my acadia GMC 2014?
You have the DRL warning?
Or are you talking about changing the bulbs themselves
This is great! Can I ask where you got the LED headlights and what model they are? Thanks!

Thanks! Much appreciated

That’s strange because the auto works off a sensor on the dash. Which bulbs did you end up using?

I would say just pay attention to the tab orientation when you remove the old bulb. The physical LEDs when viewed through the headlight are at 3 and 9
What led's (brand/part#)did you install??
It’s in the video description
@@theguyofalltrades for about 2 seconds lol
@@bigskydude8068 it's literally in the video description. He's not referring to the video.
Change title to "How to change headlight bulb"
Nope. That title doesn’t rate higher in search algorithm
Where’s your cloth gloves? Every set of led bulbs tells you to wear them.
Nope don’t need to with LEDs only halogen. Just don’t touch the LED’s and they’ll be fine
Title should say “bulbs” not headlights.
Doesn’t rate in search as high
