The world is facing an unparalleled mental health crisis not seen in human history and the most important way to solve that problem is self awareness (why we do what we do) through self exploration, expression, and understanding of past and present needs and pains/trauma, pleasure and wants, per Paul Conti. That lack of people watching this video is proof most people are not focused on the right solutions and therapies and therefore increasing the mental health problems, not decreasing them.

Tom is a top 10 podcaster out there at least! Really enjoy his shows. The thing I would like to say about him is that he says “ I “ too much, and that indicates an attitude which could suggest that perhaps a too big part of his reasons for doing podcasts is pointed back to himself, and the agenda of it is reduced to a cause and effect style. Not trying to be judgmental and I know I could be totally wrong, but I think what separates him from being a Top5 or better podcaster is a more one-way, sort of exothermic style of podcasting which is a more journalistic and a less self-affirming style. Still enjoy the hell out of all of it, it’s just what I noticed.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

911. I foolishly retired. I LOVED my job, and the workplace, etc. I stressed trying to get back!,... but was unable. I went into shock, had a panic attack. I became extremely insecure, and afraid. I got Anxiety!, insomnia.! and severe depression, with anhedonia. This Trauma i caused to myself. Im unable to enjoy life, no interest, no desires, no hope, no future.... i live alone. I lost interest in interests. I feel no pleasure in anything, .... my mental health is so bad. Im taking outloud to myself, hands shaking. Hair turned all grey my eyesight went blurry, can't sleep, lost all my muscles, and weight. Im very negative, and ruminate coulda shouda wouldas, with self pity, blame. .... im not doing well. I ruined my life.

I think it's because what he's saying is nuanced. Self examination isn't a quick fix and it isn't a recipe. You can't come on here like the crypto guys and confidently assert you know the future and then just shrug when you turn out to be wrong. Huberman was great with Conti because he unpacked it slowly and systematically over four episodes. Tom just wants pull quotes. And it just doesn't work that way.

If you are at a point where you are able to fight for yourself then you have or already begone recovering from your trauma. I almost lost my life to someone I once loved and trusted. One of the hardest things to recover from after a trauma is the loss of control in your life. How do you wrap yourself around people you trust when the person who hurt you was someone you once loved and trusted? You can't find trustworthy people when you no longer trust anyone nor your own judgement. I like his ideas. But I can't see the way to get there. How do you get rid of the deep dark fog in your head?
It’s a hard question my friend, I feel like a professional perspective could offer the guidance and answer on this. I’m so sorry to hear that someone you trusted betrayed that trust. Once you can recognize that the feeling of lacking trust in others is just that - a feeling - and is likely it seems stemming from that trauma, then it’s a matter of healing the trauma before you can love again. This is the most helpful, compassionate explanation of how to deal with trauma.
The world is facing an unparalleled mental health crisis not seen in human history and the most important way to solve that problem is self awareness (why we do what we do) through self exploration, expression, and understanding of past and present needs and pains/trauma, pleasure and wants, per Paul Conti.
That lack of people watching this video is proof most people are not focused on the right solutions and therapies and therefore increasing the mental health problems, not decreasing them.

Tom is a top 10 podcaster out there at least! Really enjoy his shows. The thing I would like to say about him is that he says “ I “ too much, and that indicates an attitude which could suggest that perhaps a too big part of his reasons for doing podcasts is pointed back to himself, and the agenda of it is reduced to a cause and effect style. Not trying to be judgmental and I know I could be totally wrong, but I think what separates him from being a Top5 or better podcaster is a more one-way, sort of exothermic style of podcasting which is a more journalistic and a less self-affirming style. Still enjoy the hell out of all of it, it’s just what I noticed.
Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. A trader made over $350k in this recession influenced market.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

911. I foolishly retired. I LOVED my job, and the workplace, etc. I stressed trying to get back!,... but was unable. I went into shock, had a panic attack. I became extremely insecure, and afraid. I got Anxiety!, insomnia.! and severe depression, with anhedonia. This Trauma i caused to myself. Im unable to enjoy life, no interest, no desires, no hope, no future.... i live alone. I lost interest in interests. I feel no pleasure in anything, .... my mental health is so bad. Im taking outloud to myself, hands shaking. Hair turned all grey my eyesight went blurry, can't sleep, lost all my muscles, and weight. Im very negative, and ruminate coulda shouda wouldas, with self pity, blame.
.... im not doing well. I ruined my life.

Clean needles aren't intended to 'give the addicted a clean way to party'. It's intended to stop people going insane or go through debilitating withdrawls. The provided clean drugs typically also don't provide the 'high'.
I speculate that even intelligence is linked to our childhood/womb/generational traumas. Seems like it when I test my hypothesis in every person I have ‘tested’ - in my mind of course lol
So the correlation he (Tom) is making between intelligence and suicide would fall in line with what I see as plausible

Honestly agree; he had nothing substantial to say, and I love Tom for harping on him and redirecting through, man just kept giving vague answers.
I think it's because what he's saying is nuanced. Self examination isn't a quick fix and it isn't a recipe. You can't come on here like the crypto guys and confidently assert you know the future and then just shrug when you turn out to be wrong. Huberman was great with Conti because he unpacked it slowly and systematically over four episodes. Tom just wants pull quotes. And it just doesn't work that way.

Holding all other variables constant; The wealthy (those who own there own houses/vehicles, can afford to have children) owe the poor respect, empath and support. The poor do not owe the wealthy a single thing other than gratitude when helped.

If you are at a point where you are able to fight for yourself then you have or already begone recovering from your trauma. I almost lost my life to someone I once loved and trusted. One of the hardest things to recover from after a trauma is the loss of control in your life. How do you wrap yourself around people you trust when the person who hurt you was someone you once loved and trusted? You can't find trustworthy people when you no longer trust anyone nor your own judgement. I like his ideas. But I can't see the way to get there. How do you get rid of the deep dark fog in your head?
It’s a hard question my friend, I feel like a professional perspective could offer the guidance and answer on this. I’m so sorry to hear that someone you trusted betrayed that trust. Once you can recognize that the feeling of lacking trust in others is just that - a feeling - and is likely it seems stemming from that trauma, then it’s a matter of healing the trauma before you can love again. When, not if ❤ I hope you are well.
