Modular kitchen cabinets or not ? We are going with both, as the modular cabinets for the main kitchen and the non modular in the dirty kitchen both get a lot of attention today. The platform in the home theatre room gets a top - but you will have to wait until tomorrow to actually see it !
Rain caused a bit of an interruption, and ultimately meant we lost half a day of tiling, but overall it was business as usual for the main crew.
And have we finally got the light fitting over the stairs adjusted as we want ? I think so.

Kitchen windows are awning windows good choice .

Good morning Mike In dinning room the aircon seems to have small space at the top the samsung aircon has the air inlet at the top and needs to open for cleaning, hope they have room to open. Samsung needs frequent cleaning as the system monitors when cleaning by the way of digital read out .

Awning windows are best be sure they fit rubber seals to them. (No seal
on my awning window and they have no plan to fit any when I questioned why no seals.)

I too regularly get my behind kicked by the technology devices I have bought. Still more and more details coming together. Looking good, (except for the dark shot theater riser top 🤣)
I have a boat load of stuff for home security, so the potential for a@#e kicking is substantial here.

Blank looks all around when I mentioned sealing grout. What does that involve ?
@@philippines4.0buildinganew64 It's a liquid you can spray on and wipe off with a sponge or it come in a liquid you soak a sponge in and wipe on the tile. It's mainly to protect water from seeping into the grout and makes it harder for dirt and mold to discolor the grout.
@@philippines4.0buildinganew64 ABC grout sealer is what you can get in the Philippines. It's about 649 php per liter as someone who has done tile for 20 years I highly recommend using it. It can be brushed on also
MIKE!!!!!!! Good evening. Just got back from a nightmare trip to Manila, and when I got home the nightmare continued. Had to go visit the VA for a medical check up and follow up, which lemme tell ya ain't no barrel o' monkeys. Got back home and my dog decided she wanted to run out of my yard and into the street. Took me and the MRS 30 minutes to get her back into my yard. Anyway, enough about me bellyaching and whinging. You know what time it is....yep, it's THAT TIME!!!!
