This is a step by step tutorial of John Mayer's studio version of "Wheel" from his "Heavier Things" album. I have included a PDF link to the TAB and Guitar pro file which has drums, bass and both guitar 1 and guitar 2 parts.

Edge of desire acoustic version next please!
some tips i found helped me get certain sounds are:
1) for the rhythm guitar (repetitive riff) - i find it easier to barre the whole 10th fret rather than thumb it (I'm usually a thumb guy)
2) for the slap harmonics thing make sure you really barre down on the high E and focus the slap on the high E string (that's the main sound)
3) the last chord of the chorus i found it easier to use my thumb for the 6 fret bass because my pinky barring is weak

at laast! great, man. I was hoping you'd make a tutorial of the studio version sometime. its a whole notha thing with the electric, the sounds and everything, its a very intimate and delicate song, kinda like gravity, and the acoustic version lacked the deepness this one has. I wasn't digging it.
