TTYD (GCN) - Pre-SP Pit [1] - Preparation & floors 1-20

Another brutally difficult early pit run is underway. This should be an interesting challenge, especially since the last early pit run I recorded was years ago.
In Pre-SP Pit, the goal is simply to complete the Pit of 100 Trials before obtaining Sweet Treat. Since the game sequence can't be advanced past the point of obtaining Sweet Treat, this also means that Power Smash, badges in the badge shop, random item drops from enemies, and BINGOS are all off the table.

Hmm
So are all of the Ultra Shrooms just to fight Bonetail, then?
Or will you just upgrade HP and FP enough to tank it without healing?

Yeah, they are helpful for Bonetail because of his Unsuperguardable bite attack, but also can be nice to have for some other later floors if healing is needed. Also, yes, I will be upgrading HP and FP more. You'll get to see how the strategy develops as I get more of this run uploaded.
