My goodness what a beautiful home. Idk why but I often wonder how many AC units a house like that has a what the bill is a month 😂

A home like this would typically have three units, one for each floor… I would guess a typical bill would be around $250.

@livinginslc yes ma'am that's not too bad. I'm in West Texas where it's 110 degrees for 4 months straight. Bill would probably be twice that lol. But great tour and gorgeous home

Good question, if it is your primary residence it is .5% of the assessed value.
