Once again, Justin, thank you for a tour of this wonderful house. Your video tours are absolutely fantastic. Love the owners and god bless them with all the happiness & great memories in this fabulous home.
Thanks for your support! We have 3 more edits to go this season then I’ll make some more localized content with what I’m seeing around the real estate market in Orlando
We try! always looking to share more- not just luxury stuff but insights into the best real estate in orlando period. thanks for tuning in regularly I appreciate it
Figure at least $3M for the land, and another $10M for this size and quality of build materials. There aren’t typically lots available in isleworth, for example is on par with the four seasons in terms of price point of some of the homes there. Lake nona country club expansion feels a lot like golden oak when it was first built. There’s some luxury spec homes going up there in the $5M-$8M range. But nothing this massive Another option would be a butler chain of lakes lot or tear down, and go big. Let me know if you want to discuss options further
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor Thank you very much for responding. I will reach out when the time comes, but now Im just admiring your videos and this home really got me inspired and curious at the cost. Thanks again.
Great price per square foot. It's great to see a well designed Orlando home that's not looking for $2000 per square foot and looks like every other new house being built
Hey Justin , very good video . I can do better editing in your videos which can help you to get more engagement in your videos . Pls lmk what do you think ?
You’d have to have real estate knowledge to edit for me, and the goal is not necessarily engagement but to show the houses and Orlando real estate areas in the most knowledgeable way. If you want to take a stab at my next video we already shot I’ll send you the files, see what you come up with. It’s not easy putting these together with hundreds of 4k clips and knowing which b-roll to choose for what area I’m speaking about. Thanks for commenting
My style is not a super slow "show every room slowly" house tour channel. I show you what I find the most interesting about the home or build, and tell the story of it's best features. All in a reasonable amount of time, and with an entertaining musical storyline. Thanks for watching! When I do private video tours for clients that are buying property, I show a much slower walk through, especially when they are out of town.

Awesome home designed by one of the top architectural firms in the US. Great work Phil Kean Design.
Perfect name, The Glass Slipper! Once again, lost for words! Thanks for sharing, Justin!
I could hang out there all day!
Jason Ayers is my older brother! Very proud of him ! 👏
It was a pleasure to see Jason at the awards ceremony last night and present them the 1st place trophy 🏆 for this amazing build
Amazing guy my brother! Did he get a bonus or anything 🤔
Cricket lol
@@JoshuaAyers-i2f lol I’m not his employer I’m the host of the parade of homes
You show the most amazing homes in orlando

How much did this cost to build? or better how much would a similar spec house cost in the same vicinity?

Large but no wow factor.
hard to show the scope of how good those views were when you walk in. super different from any other style in there too
What do you want? A roller coaster in the backyard?
@@Steven-lb4bl Yes. For starters.
Although the staircase is awesome
Solid walnut… builder won an award for this staircase with how the glass sinks right into the wood
여태껏 본집중에 가장 멋져요
Coolest house you've ever seen? That's a huge compliment!
Wao!!
Gorgeous property 🙌🏼
it was breathtaking. best lot in the Four Seasons private residences
Amazing, how much was it?
Did you listen till the end? I say the price of the build (not including the land cost of $3M)
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor I must have missed it

@@diegoc3176 That was just the build cost. The land/lot was seperate
Mainline!!!!!
Time to bring Chris Clout to America so innovation can happen in this stagnant market of design.
Beautiful modern designs are my favorite. I checked out his website- love the use of wood along with the edgy rooflines

@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor give him a shot, whoever is doing the editing now is cutting back and forth too quickly and too much.
What the hell man! SLOW DOWN and do an actual tour of the house. What's your hurry?

this house screams "spoiled children"
Luck of birth maybe. They can still behave even if they don’t know they are spoiled
Not a fan of the design of this one
