99.9999% is perfect on this house! Only 1 thing I would changed, I would put a big thick double solid wood door 20ft in the front entrance! The front entrance door the glass with the little black metal bars look super small & cheap for this house!
The design of this home is truly impressive! The architecture has done an excellent job creating a space filled with natural light that sets the perfect tone. The wine cellar at the entrance was a standout feature for me, and the closet space is definitely a major plus!
This home absolutely breathtaking! My favorites include the entrance bc why not?! The wine cellar, the dark green walls in the office space, and the primary bath, the yard, the whole house is absolutely EVERYTHING🫶🏽
Finally a beautiful house with beautiful finishes that aren’t so modern. I’d just get rid of the carpet and need to plant landscaping for privacy from the neighbors. Would love to see some of the other larger homes with larger lots in the neighborhood.

If they used CPVC for the plumbing. RUN. We are a residential plumbing business in Houston and we are seeing way too many of these "Facade" homes being built and sold for millions made with the cheapest mechanical possible. Why does it matter? Because mechanical is what keeps your home from flooding, molding, cool, hot, and shit flowing where it is supposed to literally.
@@airrund08 it has nothing to do with the home. Why does a black man acknowledging another black man’s hard work and craft offend people who aren’t black? Do y’all not like us celebrating one another?
@@hollywoodcaine No one is offended when you do that. That's the issue. All I am saying is, "you" brought race/skin color into something that was completely unnecessary. Yes. Check out Grand Lake Estates in Montgomery County between FM1488 and HW105. It's a beautiful community with a Golf Course and lots from 1 to about 5 acres average. Also, there is The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch north of the Woodlands in which I hear is pretty nice too!
Would love to see more of the beautiful homes in this community. It must be a fairly new one as a lot of the homes seem to be in the finishing stages. They must be on acreage properties. How many homes will be in the finished community?
Yes! This community is about 7 years old and they still have a lot of building left to do! You’re right, most if not all, are acreage properties. I don’t have the number of homes they estimate to finish
It didnt seem to have it's own AC vent when he showed the ceiling, so you wouldn't want THAT wine cellar. That's a box that's going to be heated by our summers and those light fixtures and kill whatever red wine is in there. I hope there was AC of some sort I didn't see in there.
This house represented a handful of pros and cons... One of the biggest pros, to walk to the main entry and to see the office to the right, and a hard contrast color scheme contemporary element, Rich color on the paneling and the muted tone wood floor, that sets the tone... And then it kinda got destroyed when you got to the kitchen - how could you let the wet bar upstage the kitchen? The wet bar had better tonal delineation for the sight lines of the colors and textures... The kitchen, with all of that open space, the only tonal deviation was the island - the cabinets were tone on tone wood and it just kills the sightlines, for it being in such an open space - this is where appliance selection, appropriate backsplash and clever sizzles can open that space up the right way... This kitchen is nice but it's boring.
I agree the kitchen is a bit lackluster... and the combined area seems a bit all over the place in regards to design. The living area looks a bit Spanish style with, the beams and curved alcoves. The fireplace is more contemporary, then they added Mid-Century looking cabinetry in the kitchen with hardware that's a complete wash; definitely should have opted for a darker faucet (same as the wetbar) and a more imposing backsplash
Lot of house for a small amount of land. Beautiful and need at least 11 arces of land. I Would be interested in a property like that❤. But Job well done✔️
I guess that whole thing about "location" in real estate is true. I just looked my house up on Zillow (Irvine, CA) and it's currently showing a market value of $1.1M. It's what most people would consider a condo/townhome with barely 1,600 sq ft. No front yard, etc. and two HOAs (ugh). That's a bit outrageous, although I won't complain since I purchased it new 20 years ago for much, much less. 🙂 It's about a 10-15 minute drive to the Newport Coast and we do have great weather about 360 days/year, but geez. I think the whole bubble's going to burst some day. The house in this video is really nice, I think if it was in my area it would easily go for $10+M. Put it on a view lot and it would probably go way higher.
@kianadiyah9140 The best thing I ever did was move out of NJ. It's Old, and too expensive for ran-down properties. There are so many useless money-grabbing laws.

The wine seller is in front to showcase your taste and flaunt the expensive bottles to business partners or clients, which is why it's next to the office. Als, the natural light will make them pop, plus it's climate controlled so no sun damage.
