i would love to see a video about hiphop artists who are notorious for wearing bustdown watches, but have surprisingly classic pieces worth talking about
I remember that tune by Lloyd Banks Hate it or Love it where all of G Unit is on the song. The Game has that line “now I’m goin back to Cali with my Jacob on, see how time fly?”
Ideas for famous watches Watches that had parts in movies ( i.e. Interstellar, Stranger Than Fiction, etc.). Also, on a side note I was watching Sahara (yes by choice) and spotted a pretty interesting timepiece...
@Tong Zou I adore and prefer the high end Swiss mechanical automatics, but Seikos Spring Drive watches are the most technically impressive watches that exist IMO, best of mechanical automatic and quartz... they are the ultimate watches.
Just a quick heads up. Most F1 teams have watch sponsor (Williams have Oris for example) so depending on which team they are driving for that current season is the watch they will be wearing. It’s in the contract, therefore not personal choice!
@@markplayford5836 But then again some drivers had personal watch sponsorships. Michael Schumacher had a relationship with Omega independent of Ferrari (which, to be fair, did not have a watch sponsor at the time), and Lewis Hamilton just had a one-off IWC made just for him. Although it's true that most drivers are tied up to their team's watch sponsor, from there still came some notable driver-watch relationships.
Good point. I remember Massa wearing a really garish Richard Mille too. Cannot remember if he had a tie in with them at the time, earliest one I can think of was Steve McQueen and Tag Heuer or perhaps just Heuer then perhaps?
Congrats on 100k Teddy! Proud to say that I found your channel when it was pretty young and at the same time I myself was also an 'infant' in the watch world. And i got to say your channel really helped me to discover and learn about this amazing hobby that I was so foreign to. Now I have built up a well rounded collection that im proud of after being in the hobby for half a year (Seiko SKX, Hamilton Khaki King, Tissot Visodate). Thank you Teddy, thank you, keep doing what you do best and never forget where you started.
Awesome. Orlando Bloom also rocks a Rolex Explorer 1016 often. What surprising is that despite their resources some of these guys wear such classic down to earth pieces.
I'm not sure about the watch in that movie. However in Die Hard with a Vengeance he is wearing a Breitling Chronomat, which was the start of my watch obsession. 😉👍
Awesome entry!!! A lot of other people have tried to put together(Movie stars and what they’re wearing montages)...You did it better… So much information and variety in your choices… Thanks for teaching me so much! You are directly responsible for me purchasing two Timex watches...a Hamilton...an Orient...and a Seiko! ...And a big part Helping me choose my first Rolex! No Ryan Gosling and I are wearing the same watch😂😂😂
I would love to know what Ted Danson, ak Sam Malone wore on Cheers? It was round gold or rose gold watch with a white dial. He wore it on most of the shows. It had large clasps at the top but none at the bottom. Brown leather strap. Very curious.
Stunning piece from our friends the very last piece you show IWC with complications Chronograph, the was favorite very cool piece, Thank you my friend Teddy for another awesome review.what do you think about doing a review on some of the Gruen watches like the the 1940 Gruen Curvex ,was started 1896 until 1954 Cincinnati Ohio, let me know what you think, if is possible. I Like there History..
I found this video because I recently watched the film "Homefront" starring Jason Statham, and I wanted to find out what the watch he was wearing in the film.
I enjoyed the professional format with your HD photographs and short synopsis of each watch to the side. Might also "show" the name of the person you spotlight for those who are visual learners/hard of hearing. Very nice with a positive attitude for those of us who enjoy learning more about the character of each brand and who prefer them.
Hey Teddy, think you could possibly discuss watches worn by actors of the past? Like Golden age of Hollywood, i.e. Clark Gable, Jimmy Stewart, Henry Fonda, John Wayne, etc....just a thought.
Great video Teddy where did you buy all the older watches in your collection? I would like to buy something older but want to make sure I’m not getting ripped off. Thanks!
Chip Gaines of HGTV Fixer Upper, Rolex Submariner....The Tuna buyer of Wicked Tuna Rolex Submariner,.....who have you've spotted? Walking Dead Rick Watch?....Teddy??? We are waiting!
If you can identify a watch in a movie it's probably just a product placement) and watches and clothes they wear at nominations and public events, mostly same product placement.
It‘s interesting zu realize by watching your and other similar videos, that many real superstars and leaders wear also watches in price ranges below 10.000 $ and only a minority Rolex.
Kinda random, but please make a video on watches Mr. Bean wore in the show. (I’m not talking about Rowan Atkinson’s personal watch collection, I just want to know what the character Mr. Bean wore.)
I would love to see people that changed watches from perhaps who introduced certain features in mechanical movements to perhaps evolution of watches such as divers. Also, I can't decide on which strap to get for my partner for her CW C60 trident black PVD. Any recommendations? 22mm
Vide idea - most modest watches worn by the richest people - best example I can think of would be Bill Gates wearing a Casio Duro. The point would be to highlight that you don't need to spend a ton of money to enjoy wearing watches.
Haha can’t lie, it can be with the world of UA-cam comments and pressure of keeping up. But how can I complain about talking about something I enjoy? It’s a good gig.

I would love to see them wear a Timex.

@I know I’m gay when I say this but Derek Flint!
I'm most impressed with Gosling on this list, very tastefully understated
Robert "I hope it's not a Seiko" Downey Jr.
HAHAHAHA yep
That guy doesn't know shit about watches based on his comment about Seiko.
@Tong Zou I adore and prefer the high end Swiss mechanical automatics, but Seikos Spring Drive watches are the most technically impressive watches that exist IMO, best of mechanical automatic and quartz... they are the ultimate watches.
Seiko doesn’t make anything gaudy enough for him.
pathetic piece of shit
Great video as always. Gosling has a crazy vintage watch collection, he wore a 60s Omega De Ville in La La Land, I was hyped when I saw it haha
100K is right around the corner! You got to do a dress up code video with your favorite watch strapped on!!!
Mucho success TB!
Great video , I was very surprised at what Jason statham wore , it would be nice to see what watches actresses wear .
Watches of famous authors! Could be a nice trip down vintage watch memory lane back to pocket watches.
Great video Teddy. Ryan Gosling..love his Omega in LaLa Land
Watches of Formula 1 drivers next please! Best wishes
Cool idea. Don’t know much about that world of racing, but I know the ties the sport has to watches.

El iconic ones over time not just the current ones that would open up to more options and get you some pretty cool watches
Interesting video. Love the IWC. Might you consider doing a video on the watches pro wrestlers wear or have in their collection? Just a thought.
AND HIS NAME IS JOHN CENA!

How about a video on watches with the coolest nicknames? Like Seiko tuna or the money/hulk submariner
Fun idea
Nice and interesting video, keep the good work my friend!
Thanks as always Francisco!
Please Teddy try to find out what type of watch Bruce Willis used in the movie Death Wish. The watch has just a few moments of glory.

Should've picked Rdj's Urwerk(worn in Spiderman homecoming movie and premier) for this list
that panerai is different and really beautifull
I have a video idea.. Watches of the best known heros.

What was the watch on Richard Dreyfuss' wrist during the USS Indianapolis speech in the first "Jaws" movie?
Look at the watches of Russell Crowe, he used to have quite the collection before he auctioned them all off to pay for his divorce.
I do like these videos, and I would recommend one on old time rock musicians like members of The Who or The Rolling Stones.
I just realized after rewatching this video, that Jason Statham is a fan of Trivium (he wears a Trivium shirt at 10:27). Did not know that before 🤣

Tom Holland? I say more like DJ Qualls from hustle and flow.
