    I'm planning to study Mechanical Engineering at University and I'm considering a career in Software Engineering. How would I use this to give myself an edge in the job market? Would there be specific courses that I would have to do?

    Hi! ive accepted an offer from them as a software engineer analyst and they said its not remote but in person at their man branch near DC. Im wondering whats the difference between an analyst and what you do working remotely?

    • @SA64R
      @SA64R  2 роки тому +1

      I'm also technically a software engineering analyst, but my ability to work remote is based on the project I am working on. My contract officially says it is in person and not remote, but in reality I opt to go into office for networking purposes only. Myself and others on my project mostly work from home.

      I use this site, acloudguru.com/ and I recommend doing the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam first

    Hi Sagar, why did you become a software engineer instead of an aerospace engineer?

    Hey dude did you take AWS SAA exam? I have cleared AWS Cloud Practitioner. Can I prepare in 2 months for SAA exam?

    • @SA64R
      @SA64R  2 роки тому +1

      I have not, as I have deprioritised it to work on other stuff in the mean time. I have heard that 2 months is reasonable amount of time to prepare for it as long as you do practice questions as much as you can

      The majority of the time yes, I do go into the office but that mostly just becomes a social outing lol.

      @@SA64R Is it because of COVID? Will it just be remote working from now on? Or will people go back to the office?

    • @SA64R
      @SA64R  2 роки тому

      @@Iman-hz1qx It is partly due to COVID and also now it is just the new work environment where going in is optional

    Hey I’m joining the team this year. What languages do Accenture predominately use on projects? I’ve studied python but not any other languages personally. Also, is this 10 week training course u did accessible to everyone in TAG? Or just software engineers

    • @SA64R
      @SA64R  2 роки тому

      Awesome, will you be in London? Honestly the languages vary between projects I personally work with Typescript and React, others I know are working with Python, Roku, Brightscript. The 10 week course was for tech arch and software engineering grads, thought it's a bit of a black box as to who gets to do this training since some who joined after me didn't get the chance to do it.
