Virtual Foraging - Coastal Plants, Seaweeds, and Dumplings [Series 2, Episode 2]

In episode two, Vix takes to both the shore and the hedgerow, finding wild ingredients needed to make a spiced noodle soup with dumplings - a perfect meal to fend of the seasonal chill!
While our team are exploring the Cornish coast, many, if not all of the plants discussed in the video, are commonly found across the country. They also do a great job at demonstrating just how flavourful and punchy the UK's hedgerow can truly be.
