Thanks for the view and the feedback. Not everyone is looking at this years cash on cash return. There are many other ways these units add value based on ones mid and long term goals.

So what are the many other ways? 370k is unattainable for most people
$370k for 470 sqft? I paid less for my 2,500 sqft home.
This probably added $500k to the property value. Price and and value are not the same thing.

Cover is way too expensive if you’re building ADU for a rental property they’re gonna go bankrupt soon way too unsustainable
