Wacom 13 display issue. Very silly

I was about to give up and sell this wacom until I read the comments of another video. Took me a couple reads to understand what they were saying. So I hope others find this for a simpler explanation. :)

Mine's câble is designed so we can only plug it the "right way", but it still does not work no matter what i do, i guess they tried to patch it, but failed at it

If your still having issues with this for anyone reading this. DRIVERS! or look up at the instructions. Nothing this expensive and useful is just doesn't work out of the box. User error!
