Putting the stand on is literal hell. It doesn't "snap on". It doesn't want to go in and stay in. It feels like it wants to break off at any second. How you even equipped it is beyond me.
Very helpful video and I agree with @Merissa Cherie that Wacom's videos are useless. Your coverage of cables, connecting ports, adapters, and tips for powering on are clear and informative. One correction: using a USB hub is not recommended though for some people this may be the only option. Plug directly into the computer if you can.
Thank you for this tutorial! I'm new to Cintiq Pro 13 and Wacom's videos are of no help at all. Your video is what I needed, it explains so many things that Wacom doesn't! I'm about fed up with figuring things out and about to return my tablet back to Wacom for a refund! I think your video just might've helped me in changing my mind. And you would think that it's now 2019 and Wacom would update their tutorials to better explain things since your video was posted in 2015, ugh eye roll. Thanks guys!
My cintiq's screen keeps saying "no input signal" and it stays black but it works like an intuos. My computer's screen does not pop up on my cintiq. What can i do?
@@iceatherine am also having this problem, reinstalled multiple times, tried different versions, tried different cords, I got a screen input ONE TIME during which the resolution was WAY too low, and as soon as I turned it off it just decided to switch back to no input signal

Tykesha oh thank goodness, I thought it was just me!! Genuinely scared I was going to break it.
Yeah.. I'm just using mine flat on my desk as of now.
Thank you so much you saved me from complete despair, not hyperbole.

Six year old video and it still works great! Thank you very much for your help!
Thanks so much, this helped get me up and running - the connectors were a bit confusing, but things are going well now!
Glad to hear it helped!

@@TheFurry Did you figure this out? I got that message once but since then I have not got the screen to turn on at all.
Thank you very much for this tutorial
Is it possible at all to install the driver without the disk? I don’t have a CD port in my laptop
jessidraws you should be able to download the driver from Wacom’s website
jessidraws go to wacoms website
great, helpful and direct!
My cintiq's screen isn't displaying anything despite being on?? Can someone help😅 I'm new to this
Did you figure this out?
Would the HDMI to USB adaptor work?
I don’t own any pc but Im saving up for this do I need to get a laptop to use the tablet or no
Levibadboy 08 you need either a laptop or computer - the tablet isn’t usable on it’s own, it just acts as a separate monitor attached to your device
So I extended the screen but my pen will not calibrate. Does anyone know why?
IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM JKDJSOSO
Kimiko X3 😩😩😩
