A very nice introduction to the basic moves and progression in a contra dance. Part of the beauty of Cis Hinkle's teach is that her approach is both concise and simultaneously allowing an informality while learning. Her main point to the dancers is to have fun while caring for those around each individual. I would expect it would leave new dancers with a very positive feeling for the dancing. Thank you for posting the video.
