Where do I buy your ball lock 1 gallon keg?

How do you know if all the oxygen is out of the keg, or is it enough just to pressurize the receiving keg and fill it up? I normally pressurize the keg then release the pressure and do this 3 times, but maybe I am just wasting CO2?

Jest timer put 10psi CO2, IT will push oxygen up and when you relising and transfering first will be oxygen. I was doing same as you and i was wasting co2

It's the magic of television Rich, no actually this is just to show what is possible using either Nito or Co2 when kegging as explained at the end of the video.

Just connect the beer lines to each other then on the receiving end release some pressure to start the transfer. Now connect the co2 lines to each other and move the receiving vessel to the ground.
