Nice idea on the Daisy chain. Gives you a beer gauge. Would be interesting to make a fine mesh tube to insert and make a sort of Randall out out the mini keg too. Cheers Kee!! Will the mini keg be available in the states?
I think it’s great especially when you brew 23l. You end up a big snd a mini to go! I wonder if anyone has ever quick carbed while being in daisy chain or if better to do a keg at a time. First world problems!

i looked up kegs from a supplier which looks like they're the same kegs that kegland is rebranding. They look nice but fail to mention a pressure rating anywhere. I couldn't get a good answer (as in, you know, a pressure...) that these kegs can handle.
couple of questions:
1) can i fill mini keg from liquid ball lock to liquid ball lock?
2) how do i know when the mini keg is full? any potential over pressure danger?
what do you suggest using to keep the beer from going into the regulator when it's on it side in the fridge?
You'd have to run a length of tubing with a non return in it betweent the keg and the reg. Keen to hear if anyone else has a better idea?
Could you keep the large keg warm, say in a closet, and then just chill the mini-keg? Thanks
It's always better to keep beer cold if you have the ability too but if you have no option that will work.

I keep a 20L under the house, and a 10L and 4L in the fridge. When they run out I refill and force carbonate.
Anyone know if the tapping heads will fit the standard 50l kegs thanks

The problem is the carbonation will only happen in the keg that has the head space/surface area connected to the CO2 supply. The other kegs that are full to the brim and do not have contact with the CO2 cylinder will carbonate extremly slowly through diffusion through the beer line and dip tube. As a result I would not recommend this.
Pretty pricey way to avoid filling a couple of long necks.
Once you start Kegging, you never look back!
Yeah I have a 5L mini keg and I have hardly been using it. I just find it easier to use the tee fitting with the carbonation caps and fill a few PET bottles compared to taking a whole CO2 settup.
Don't get me wrong KegLand, kegging is 100 times better than bottles. I will never go back but when it comes to portability you can't beat the indistructable PET bottle!
Maybe when compared to a 5L mini keg, but a 10L half-corny is totally rockin! Good size, easy to clean and at half height will fit any bar fridge without modifications
