Proof again that a comedian doesn’t need to swear and pepper his/her performance with F-bombs and sexual humor to be extremely funny. Kudos!
There are certain jokes where vulgar language helps, but this is rare imho. Usually it seems to me that comedians think they have to use profanity and make sex jokes but all it does is cheapen their act. 99% of the time I think clean humor is funnier, and that's without considering morality issues. It is kind of like how in the movie Idiocracy the stupider they were, the more lewd and vulgar they were, and they thought intelligent speaking people were despisable.

I absolutely love Dry Bar Comedy! My kids don't get all the jokes, but they're not vulgar. It gives me an opportunity to explain and laugh with them. It took awhile with the last one, but now my 13 year old boy knows a little more about WWII. He even started asking other questions. Good stuff!

For me it's my husband. I have a thing where I must be on the edge of the bed and if he's in a bad mood he will either coat me in covers or steal them all... I can't tell if he's trying to help or is salty over something from earlier in the day. How I learned to read. Followed my three brothers around in the woods until I was tired of spiders and snakes. Went home, saw a book and read it. I read "Bambi" eight times before I was 12. I grew up to discover the book "Bambi" was written for adults! No joke!

Had the opportunity to see Tommy Drake last week on a Carnival cruise. Had a blast watching both his PG and R rated acts. Not sure why Carnival created 2 different shows as his adult content was completely appropriate for younger viewers. He uses no profanity or sexual references in his shows...and I appreciate that. Just "laugh out loud", clean, on-point comedy. His delivery and timing are perfect. Not sure he uses new material for his shows now-a-days as this DryBar comedy bit was pretty much the exact show he performed for us. In his PG show, he does incorporate his juggling talents, albeit in a funny way. My kids were rolling on the ground in laughter.
