Doesn't explain what to do when the bearing is seized on and the inner race stays put. but very good video to see how it comes apart if you get a nice one.

NEVER NEVER EVER hammer in the bear on the outer race... you should know that!. find a socket that fits over the inner race and hammer away. beating on the outer race causes premature bearing failure..........

Hey you skipped the part where you strip out the rotor holding screw and have to run to the Auto supply to buy a set of easy outs only to find out they're no good and all just stripped it worse then get a friend over for three days trying to get the bugger out because none of you have a welder until finally it comes out with a torx socket then when you go to get the bearing out it's so corroded into place that you need the pullers that are small size which you don't have so you call your buddy again and he doesn't have any so you go to rent a set and finally..........etc etc etc. LOL.

very practical. like in the old times when cars were easy to repair. this service procedure shows not only its basics but also that with a simple set of tools a front bearing replacement on bemers dont has to be considered rocket technology as such, and provides reasonable mechanical technics with its detailed instruction to complete this task. the only atenuant i find during the video was at the end when the technician didn't showed that he also need to pump the brakes until the brake pedal gets harder before the engine is started. as a precaution to avoid personal injury or to put your own life at risk or the life of others or property in the line of demage/ danger or destruction of other people property - or your own - make sure you'd pumped those brakes enough until the brake pedal gets harder because if you start any automotive engine and put that vehicle in "drive" without doing it you will have one of the scariest experiences in your life hard to forget. good luck may be a word too far from the thruth if you dont destroy property or cause a big accident and possible death. thanks for your time and the video and have fun 🔠

Yes, but taking off the lug nut was impossible and had to take it to a shop to get the nut removed. I believe only a pneumatic socket wrench can take it off, unless you have a long breaker bar and the strength of a bear.
