You are far braver than I could ever be: cutting my own hair backwards in a mirror, with a clipper that has no guard on it. But you're really killing it. (in a good way!)
You should correct the ends with sheers specially the back so it will not have the shaggy look when you shake your head
If you tried it again DO NOT lean forward that is why the back is little long

I cut my hair with clippers as well, the scissors I was using before were not sharp enough and gave more split ends than what I tried to remove. This time I added layers and face-framing pieces!

You need some layers to remove that weight at the back. It will make a big difference to the shaping and appearance. To do it in a basic way, section the hair from the crown (aka at the TOP back) to the tops of the ears, and across BETWEEN the ears. Clip the rest of the hair out of the way. Then gather that top back section to the middle back of your head (like a ponytail), use a comb. Then hold the section vertically between your fingers and pull out, in a controlled way, on a slight downward angle (make sure you keep it in the centre back of your head). Then point cut the hair. This way you are only removing weight where you need it and the layers will blend in to the longer sides. Since you are not cutting the bottom section of hair, the bob outline you've already cut will stay the same (won't get shorter).
