Vandre Jacobs is being slept on and I can’t wait for him to clear a path for himself to rise up and be a consistent threat for Sellars at wideout, he is a transfer from FSU and a former 4⭐️
The 2 biggest factors that excites me about this team this year is Size & Depth. Outside of most of the WRs, this offense has a lot of big bodied guys, the defense has nice size as well. And then the Depth, but not just depth...Quality Depth. This allows for us to be able to afford an injury to the O-Line, then also it allows plenty of rotation on the defensive front and keeping guys fresh. Not to mention the talent and upside that we have. Im ready for this season.
😢 bud I'm thinking the same thing. We've got depth on both lines, combined w/ potential szar upside for the young guy's on both lines! Sellers will be could be dynamic but really good. He brings a run option/ scramble talent to the run game. Having Sellers & Sanders in the backfield will make the Offense run 40-50% of the time. With that being said we'll also have to have two TE's getting the ball in that scheme. I'd like for us to run the 49er's Offensive Scheme😊 Receivers are good & Nick Harbor could be dynamic (maybe) Defensively, the Secondary is very solid (love the transfers) LB/Spur players are really good. I like our chances to win 7-8 games. The schedule is very manageable, but to tell you the truth I don't care about losing games as long as we have the right Scheme & Execution and we don't beat ourselves. Jesus Saves

TJ Sanders is our best DL. Tonka is decent but not elite. We don't have an elite lineman. The player stats that you are excited about... Other SEC teams have better and more guys than we do. We have good depth but top end talent is one player. Stewart. But 8 other SEC teams have 5,6,7 players just like him. Look at our recruiting this year... We have 4 4* Mizzo has 11 4*. We are ranked 12th in the SEC. Good recruiting class last year but still only around 8th in the SEC. Our OL is the only group that is getting close to what other teams have as far as high end depth and OL develops the slowest. So we are still at least one year away to being a great line. Can be good this year but still have a ways to go. Skill positions can come in and make an immediate impact but OL takes a couple of years to develop.
But the Harbor/Campbell/Simon/Hunt/Sanders size combo is something I fully expect to see at some point I think Sanders gets the backup spot for ODU to get him some reps before he starts vs Kentucky if he’s healthy. Adaway RB1 in week 1 in terms of snaps

You don’t HAVE to have RETURNING receivers to have success. There’s alot of reason for optimism with the guys we brought in this offseason and as freshman by the name Mazeo Bennett. Receiver looks way improved on paper to me. Looks more evenly portioned this year compared to a top heavy last years room.
