Oi everyone! As pointed out by many in the comments, there were a few scripting errors in the video. Appalachian State is not the only FCS team to defeat a Power 5 opponent. They were the FIRST to win against a RANKED opponent. Sorry for the confusion! Thank you for all of the support!
I was thinking the same thing, there's a few FCS/FBS upsets every year, even over Power 5 programs, but that's still by far the biggest, with Michigan being ranked number five. Wonder if we'll ever see that again?
My freshman high school teacher was the quarterback for the Miami Redskins from 1985-1986, Terry Morris. He threw an upset against Louisiana State University in the second game of the season. He was inducted into their hall of fame in the 2000s, taught me in 2019-2020 but I had no idea about any of this until it was too late to talk to him about it
You should talk about Navy and Army stealing each others mascots before the game. One time a group of future SEALs stole the army mule and had a car chase with police with a helicopter
Wow General Voltard putt a lot of effort and work in it. Good job man. Tip to the cap ! And thx for give The Pirate some love but you forgot that Hal Mumme and Mike Leach together brought the Air Raid to glory.

Have a team to update rosters and fix things to eventually have a perfect game, take that knowledge and start again for the next class of highschool kids and console generation

Very well done Squid. This must have taken forever to put together.

This will/should be a viral college football educational video! college football lovers in general will love this!
Love the video, slight error on the subject of Archie Griffin, though I'm sure it was a typo. He played from '72-'75. Can't wait for more!
Thank you so much for this series 😩
You said Nick Saban “won 6 national championships” that’s wrong, he was 7 national championships. 1 with LSU and 6 with Alabama. The most of all time.
ya that’s exactly what he said
You know Joe Paterno and Eddie Robinson have more collegiate wins than Nick Saban
@tiejen1110 that's what happens when you coach for 50 years at the same place
He said 1 when he was focusing on his LSU career, then 6 when focusing on Bama
