Because I can disconnect and rinse, it’s super fast. With the roof pump I’d have pull two hoses, my flexzilla and high pressure hose to rinse. I’m flying with this Xjet setup. The gas roof pump I use for roofs mainly
@@RigWars there’s only a couple of water hook ups so our trucks have to stay in one spot and I’m running around 400ft of hose to reach everything, Xjetting is the easiest thing to do in this situation, otherwise I would be downstreaming for sure
@@RigWars also, I’m tired of injectors going bad, my Xjet has lasted two years and I’ve had zero issues. I just bought the 8GPM Xjet and I’m flying through this job.
Water sources were limited. Like one for every 4-5 buildings and I had to use 400+ feet of hose and you can’t downstream with that much hose so we Xjetted.
Good job Scott you guys knocked it out the park!
Great video bro
Good job!
Good job.
What's your process in acquiring an apartment complex job?
I modified my XJet so I dont have all the over spray.
What was the mod process?
@@cardinalprosoftwash Surprisingly Doug Rucker has a decent xjet mod video
@@Frindleeguy yeah thanks I'm buying one from him
Hey Scott, question why not use your gas roof pump there’s so much siding. Seems like X jetting is a step back..

I have the 8GPM rated Xjet and it shoots a long ways up, it’s insane. It runs circles around the roof pump.
@@ironcitypowerwashing1630 why not just downstream? Change your tip to cut the soap off

Sup Scott, how many units on this job? I got 24 buildings coming up, mixture of 2 & 3 stories 21k.
I believe we cleaned around 15-16 units but they were massive
How do u know when to soft wash vs regular/hard wash?
Pretty any surface outside of concrete and stone, I soft wash
This is the correct answer! :)
This was probably the maintenance man nothing new.
16k job with an xjet- whyyyyyy?
